Practical Car and Van Rental Ltd Anmeldelser

We have been using the Washington Branch for around 7-8 years now and cannot fault the staff there, they are extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile

Thanks John and Cath and the rest of the staff at Washington. Great service have been using them for 3 years and I could have bought a fleet of vans but the service is that good that I keep coming back.

See you in a couple of months.

Thanks,
Stephen

Practical van hire at Cramlington were friendly, straightforward and easy to use.

Thankyou

Excellent service by the Cramlington guy and very good prices, you would be mad to go anywhere else to hire a van .

The prompt hire of the van from receiving it to taking it back everything was smooth. I cant thank the customer service enough especially john who handled it all for me.

Excellent customer service all round from start to finish.

Very professional service at the Washington branch. John and Cath were very helpful and the car was really clean.

Service from both Cath and John at Washington was first class from collecting vehicle to returning.

Great service. Was let down by another van hire company but Kath and John saved the day. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a van within the hour

Helpful staff. Great service and very fair pricing.

I have been hiring from the Washington branch on a regular basis since 2021and would just like to say thank you to Kath, John and all the staff for a really great service. Not owning a car I hire every third weekend and holidays so I require a reliable car for peace of mind and stress free journeys. I have always found the vehicles provided by this branch satisfactory and well within my budget on the financial side. So I do not hesitate to recommend this branch to any prospective customers.

We recently had to hire a car from the cramlington branch. We were due to go on holiday and our car broke down 20 minutes into our journey. Fortunately cramlington office had a car available. The guy on reception was lovely. Explained the controls etc. was happy for me to take photos of any existing scratches etc. we were asked to return the car by 2pm a week later. A different guy on reception but again lovely. He appreciated that we'd washed and cleaned the car out ( I assumed this would be standard, but apparently not). This firm were a godsend and enabled us to enjoy our holiday when I thought we may not be able to go. Thank you.

Clear, flexible and reliable.
No hidden costs like other firms.
