Waiting Forever for PosLaju
I bought something and had it shipped from PosLaju. They dispatch out 5 TIMES already. It’s already 2 WEEKS.

Paid $40+ for Malaysia Post EMS to Singapore expected delivery was 3-2 working days. 10 days later till now haven't receive my urgent document. Customer service is useless and slow, repeating the same thing that they will expedite to relevant department every time I contacted them.
Next time will pay more for DHL or Fedex
Pos Laju is a joke...
Just don't use this pos laju...they do not take any responsibility at all. Paid my shipping fee for nothing, ended up I need to go take my parcels and they even tell me to go pick up in less than 7 days otherwise it's theirs lol. I ask them to at least send me the picture of my parcels so I can make evidence, they ignored, Such a joke.
Fast Delivery
Was making delivery from EM to WM. Dropped my parcel on 24/03/2021 afternoon and well delivered and received on 26/03/2021 morning.

I would like to complain to Pos Laju Malaysia for their slow and bad service.
Parcel ERC553813172MY still not arrived at the receiver address. The parcel was picked up from sender site since 19 Mar 2021 and today is 27 Mar 2021. Why the delivery took so long to arrive?
There are also no platform for us (customer) to call and ask for query. Your helpline number is not function at all!
Kindly work on this issue as soon as possible. Soon people will not enjoy the Post Laju Service anymore as your service is really bad!
Missing parcels
Missing parcels. Status show that it has been delivered but I received nothing. I have make complaints and they said will get back to me with the update and nothing.. this is so important and they seem to careless
Shame on you POSLAJU
I had no choice but to give 1 star cos it's automated. POSLAJU so called Malaysia's trade mark but service is horrible. Full of lies, dishonesty and full of lazy people. Senang2 will say, attempted delivery but failed sedangkan nothing done but as usual, sitting and chit chatting and in the end of the month, getting paid. When call, phones are not answered. Why no one? Not even the higher management embarrassed about it? Look at your rating pos Malaysia is freaking 1 star and that is also because most of us had to. Embarrassing to the core. I paid for the postage so I get items delivered to my plc, my home, my condo which you all claimed premise closed? LOL !! Not to spend another RM30 to go by cab n collect my item but of course if it is there la, cos calling both numbers cawangan gombak n wangsamaju tak jawab. Cakap je la, malas nak hantar but dont give lame excuses when lazada, flowers got delivered the same day and my condo do not close its premises. Tipu pun pandai2 la.
Non-existent customer service
My international letter posted on the 9th of January from the United States which is trackable, was last tracked leaving Kuala Lumpur airport on the 12th of January. It's been a month or so since the last tracking said it was somewhere in Malaysia, I have not received the post at all.
I've submitted an e-feedback but all the customer support said was that the tracking is 'not compliable' with Malaysia's system so there will be no updates and they cannot do anything and their suggestion is that I have to go ask the post office myself.
What kind of bs is this? What the heck is 'the tracking is not compliable with Malaysia's system'??? Are y'all that outdated or something?
The pejabat pos here in Setia Alam does not pick up calls either. What the hell?

I sent a temporary IC in states to my mom’s house in JB. So my sis can get the real IC and I can renew my passport in the states. Went to their website realized after couple mins they’re bot!!! Called 2 diff numbers Non picked up! I regret this! Ini betul betul melampau. It has been 10 days and the tracking just stopped at KLIA. I paid US80 for this bs. Bila kerajaan and all those gomen nk berubah! Kerja malas. Lepas tu x reti. Tau mkn gaji buta. Malulah!!!!
Horrible delivery and customer services.
This is not the first time i am getting a notification from Poslaju Track and Trace that they have failed to deliver at the end of the working day. I have been waiting for this important local mail to come and this is what they have delivered. 'A NO SHOW'Hopeless lazy people. When will this ever end??? 'NEVER EVER AGAIN POSLAJU'!!!!
Bad service!
Bad service. It is a mess usually. I went to collect parcels that were returned due to us not being available at the point of delivery. It is like going to immigration! They really need to improve the waiting areas and customer service.
Bad Delivery Guy
From this day onwards, I'll always choose to order and get my parcels delivered via J&T or DHL. It's not only slow delivery but the delivery guys are lazy and rude. As I answered the call, the Poslaju delivery guy said if you don't come here in 5 mins, I'll be leaving. He said that as soon as he arrived to my place and i had to leave my meal and rush outside and meet him at the place he was at. He didn't deliver the parcel to my doorstep and he also sounded racist as he kept asking my nationality. This is in johor, Bad experience, will never ever place from PosLaju ever again.

I had 2 parcels that were received by them from Pusat Mel Nasional at the same date & time, and yet, they only decided to sent out 1 parcel for delivery.
What kind of system is this??!! No common sense!!
Now, I have to waste another day waiting for these slowpokes to deliver my 2nd parcel that is half a size of my 1st when they could have sent it BOTH at the SAME TIME!

Really disappointed with Pos laju Service! This is second time happened to me.. They not call me that they deliver the parcel. They simply put premise closed and said they is notice stated my premise Closed. Hello, I put my home address and Im at home all the time. Your guy not even call me that you deliver to my house. Why other courier service can deliver to my home address and call me when they deliver. How do i know if you deliver to my home if you are not call my phone no. Why we need to put phone number when we fill up the consignment note. For fun? Really Disappointed!

pos 2 barang minggu lepas, minggu ni cust update still tak sampai2. bila track number langsung tak update dalam sistem! buat report 11 nov and esoknya baru nampak parcel tu gerak. tak faham kenapa process parcel kat klia transit tu lama sangat. bila buat report baru ada tindakan, kalau tak buat agaknya lagi lama terperap kot

Delivery the parcel to my customer and failed, the parcel was sent back to brieckfield. Call dont answer, email also cannot. All only give the poslaju website and IA to answer my question.
Already applied second delivery, said will update the status to me and did not update. All I know is I need to checked myself and I saw my parcel was sent back to my area today. My customer already wait too long and poslaju did not gave any clear answer to me.
