Pokeninjapan serio ma non capisco fino a che punto,io pago 20€ di spedizione su un prodotto di 58€ dopodiché ti contatta fedex per le tasse doganali per una spesa di 30,89€ su un box che peserà pochissimo pagato 58€ al di fuori della spedizione, prodotto pagato 58€ e ho pagato 50,90 di spese di trasporto e tasse doganali,è una pazzia,prodotti belli ma credo di aver pagato la spedizione e le tasse uguale al costo del prodotto è assurdo.

Unfortunately, it is possible for a €58 item to incur €30 in shipping and €20 in customs fees. Depending on the product, shipping does not change much even if you purchase 2–3 boxes, and the more boxes you buy, the lower the shipping cost per box becomes. That’s why ordering just one box can often feel relatively expensive in terms of shipping.
Regarding customs duties, we clearly state in our policy and also display a notice at checkout that additional charges may apply, so this can be confirmed in advance. We believe you may be located in the EU, but customs duties and VAT are taxes determined by law.
We’re very sorry, but this is not something PokeNin can control. Customers in the United States pay customs duties in advance, so there are no additional charges after placing an order.

My best overall experience of buying Pokémon TCG in Japan yet. Great communication from the pokeninjapan team on discord and my preorders arrived before my local shops had theirs. 10/10 recommend if you want to purchase your stock direct from Japan at discounted rates.

Because pre-order items are subject to large price fluctuations and require us to secure quantities in advance, we set the cancellation fee at 20%, compared to 10% for regular items.
At PokeNinJapan, we put our full effort into securing pre-order stock so that we can deliver even one box to as many customers as possible.
As we have mentioned repeatedly via email and other communications, prices may go up or down after pre-orders open. Even if the price increases, PokeNin will not charge any additional amount. Likewise, if the price decreases, we do not issue refunds. Any gains or losses resulting from price changes after the pre-order are entirely the customer’s responsibility.
The cancellation fee is intended to act as a deterrent against cancellations triggered by price drops. In cases such as mistaken orders or other unavoidable circumstances, we may waive the cancellation fee if you contact us within 30 minutes of placing the order. However, if all customers were allowed to cancel freely when prices fall, we would have no choice but to stop accepting pre-orders altogether.
We understand that this may be difficult to fully accept, but we kindly ask for your understanding.
