The best people I’ve ever done business with
I don’t even know where to start these guys are fantastic. I don’t have the words to describe how good the customer service was not just before I placed my order but after it too.
I had trouble with customs and they went out of their way to make sure I had all the information I needed to get my shipment when they really didn’t have to. You have no idea how stressed I was, so it was relief to be able to talk with the team about it.
Respectful and quick responses all the time. Quick delivery. No funny business or dodgy boxes. Absolute 10/10 experience with these guys. I’ll definitely be buying from them again and also recommend them to anyone reading this review.
Also. If you buy bulk like me and join the discord you can discus prices with a team member. I brought over 100 boxes and they all came packed perfectly and secured with bubble rap.

All in all .... Cards got to me from Japan to Oregon coast via Oakland ,Ca port in 7 days pretty fast and delivered on the day that I was told .... My son loved these cards got 1 nice SAR , 1 nice MA , 5 AR and 7 +RR ..... This was his first dream ex box , we will absolutely be purchasing from you guys again !!! UNTIL NEXT TIME POKENIN!

Made my first order from pokeninjapan, was sceptical on the company and products but items arrived in Australia very well packed, sealed and legit. Was super happy with customer service made another order for more items. Will be looking into bulk ordering stock with them.

Careful with loose boxes
Careful with loose boxes from pokeninjapan. They definitely take/keep all the heavy boxes, tldr ordered 50 boxes and never got one box over 186.02g, over the 50 boxes I only got 6 sar's. Based on other pack weight videos it looks like they kept all boxes over 186.1-2grams.
In response to their reply I never claimed the goods weren't authentic, just noting the fact they're "searched". Removing the potential for god packs and heavy packs (usually containing demi/god packs), also if you see their discord as they referenced (it's easy to join), I went back to the release of mega dream ex and there hasn't been one god pack posted from that set.

Every time a customer reports pulling a God Pack or a top hit in our Discord opening channel, our entire customer support team genuinely celebrates with them. That’s the very reason we invest so heavily in eliminating counterfeits.

Great for JP Products
Shipping was super fast. Overall great price for JP products. Cheaper than basically all of the US domestic sellers even with customs and shipping costs included. Always my first place to check for special boxes and new sets!

We have confirmed multiple fake PokeNin accounts on Facebook and Instagram. Of course, we regularly warn customers through our social media and email not to purchase from these fake accounts, and we are actively reporting them as scams.
However, it seems that some customers are still being deceived. PokeNin will never direct customers to WhatsApp for purchases. Bank transfer is simply one of the available payment methods at PokeNin, and we never force customers to pay by bank transfer.

Absolutely amazing
I ordered 10 booster boxes of Nihil Zero from PokeninJapan. The price was absolutely amazing, everything was packaged nice and securely, and from the moment it left their facility, it took only 5 days to make it from Japan to North Carolina, which is insanely fast shipping. So i give em a 5 star but only because i cant give em a 6 star lol
