20% cancelation fee + resellers prices
They're trying to charge me a 20% fee to cancel an order that's for end of 2026/beginning of 2027 less than 48 hours after it's been done.
My mistake for trusting this horrendous shop, really.
Edit: obviously they don't answer emails but they will answer here, and taunting me by asking me to be a bit 'calmer'. Completely normal behaviour. No just kidding.

Our cancellation policy is clearly stated on our website. The cancellation fee is 10% for regular products and 20% for pre-order products, and it is applied equally to all customers.
Pre-order products, in particular, can fluctuate significantly in price.
Whether the market price goes up or down, PokeNin will never charge you extra or issue a refund based on those price changes.
If cancellations were completely free, it would be obvious that our company could suffer substantial losses. We hope you understand that this cancellation fee is necessary to ensure we can continue providing our services in the future.
Of course, if the cancellation is due to an error on our part, or if there are exceptional circumstances that we acknowledge, the cancellation fee may be waived or reduced.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

We usually reply within 24 hours, excluding weekends.
We understand how you feel, but please try to stay a little calmer.

Regarding your comment, it is possible that your package was shipped with DHL instead of FedEx due to an error on our side, and we are truly sorry for this mistake.
Our Priority Shipping option refers to a faster transit service provided by the shipping carrier after your order has been dispatched. For pre-order items, we aim to ship within three business days after the release date, and this processing time is separate from the carrier's delivery time.
That said, we completely understand your disappointment that your order was shipped with DHL instead of the FedEx service you selected. We take your feedback seriously and will use it to improve our shipping procedures to help ensure this does not happen again.

I want my situation to be heard
I want my situation to be heard: My package was supposed to arrive on Tuesday; the tracking info indicated a latest arrival time of 2:15 PM, but nothing showed up. Later, I discovered a "delivery exception" had been logged—something I never requested nor was informed about. Wednesday was the same story, though this time the claim was that the address was incorrect and delivery would happen today. Finally, today they claimed the location was wrong again. I have proof that I was never notified or contacted by either Pokeninjapan or FedEx. If anyone wonders why I didn't call sooner, it’s because the last thing I wanted was for FedEx to flag my package as "problematic"—or use some other excuse—to avoid delivering it. I am tired of waiting and worrying; between the purchase price and customs fees, this package cost me over €400. Honestly, I used to love shopping here, but now I’m not so sure. I would like a proper explanation, because—as I said—I have proof regarding everything I’ve stated here.

I spent 700€ on an order
I spent 700€ on an order, plus 180€ of import tax with Fedex and I never got my package delivered.
FedEx never took the time to call or to give any information, the store didn't fullfil the delivering insurance because fedex don't answer in the first place.
I just lost 900€, I will not recommand this store or fedex to anyone.

First time buying Pokémon cards
It’s my first time ever purchasing Pokémon cards and to say the least I’m so incredibly satisfied with everything i got,it was perfectly secured and not damaged whatsoever and i got updated in regards to my order many times before receiving it I’m very happy with the cards i got and i definitely recommend to purchase from PokeNinJapan if you’re interested in a specific card or buying bulks they’re all amazing and you get more than you think you would so I’ll definitely be placing more orders soon!!!

PokeNin has been operating for more than five years, and during that time we have never intentionally set prices that were drastically out of line with market prices, either in Japan or internationally. Of course, we are not taking excessive profit margins either.
Our business philosophy has always been based on low margins and high sales volume.
That said, when it comes to pre-order products, there are times when our forecasts are off and prices may end up being a little too low or a little too high. However, for products that have already been released, we review prices daily and do our best to ensure they remain fair, competitive, and as affordable as possible for our customers.

If they can improve in the invoicing…
If they can improve in the invoicing segment for the shipping outside japan will be good as currently we are being charged custom duty on a product of half of its value. That would not be ideal buy for ppl.
