i found your account in T*kt*k and wh*ts*pp the number on bio ended with 1550. I bought few boxes pay through Wise & now the parcel stuck at Singapore Changi Airport and suddenly i need to pay another 325usd through wise for insurance (he said it will fully refund after complete delivery). If i pay the insurance then only they will proceed to send to my house. Is this your legit staff & procedure? or no? please enlighten me. yes or no

Hello. The person who contacted you on WhatsApp was not PokeNin, but a scammer impersonating us.
The reason is simple: we generally do not allow WISE payments for first-time orders.
Bank transfers through WISE do not allow chargebacks, making it extremely difficult to recover losses for customers who are scammed. To protect our customers, we only allow WISE after customers have experienced our service, are satisfied with it, and have confirmed that we are a trustworthy business.
I’d also like to share this warning with everyone reading this.
We’ve received reports that scammers pretending to be us are using personal WISE receiving accounts rather than business accounts.
If you receive a payment link under an individual’s name instead of a company name, please be extremely cautious.
Once again, please stay vigilant so we can work together to eliminate scammers harming our honest business.
Missing item
I recently placed an order that was missing a Pokémon 151 booster box valued at approximately AED 1,550. I have already contacted the company and shared all supporting photos and details. Hoping this gets resolved quickly, but I would advise buyers to double-check their orders carefully when purchasing high-value products from this store.

AR BULK -Not Worth the Cost – Too Many Duplicates
Unfortunately I had a disappointing experience with my recent order of the 'AR BULK' from PokeNinJapan. While I understand that bulk card purchases can include some duplicates, the level I received was excessive—7 copies of one card and 5 of another. This significantly reduced the value of the order, especially considering I paid $161 AUD.
I reached out to customer support and provided photos, but the resolution offered was only a ¥500 store credit, which doesn’t feel proportionate to the issue. The product description also didn’t clearly indicate that duplicates could occur at this scale.
Overall, I was expecting a fairer distribution of cards and a more reasonable response to my concern.

Hello, this is the PokeNin Customer Support Team.
As mentioned in our previous message, the 50 cards are prepared as 10 sets of 5 cards each, and since they are sorted manually in advance, there can be cases where duplicates are relatively common.
However, there are no duplicates among the front cards of each set, and there are no duplicates within each 5-card set.
This is because our packing staff pick items to avoid visible duplicates, and our sorting staff strictly ensure there are no duplicates within each 5-card group.
We make every effort to minimize duplication through these processes, but please understand that duplicates can still occur.
Our AR and SR bulk sets are sold with almost no profit and are very popular service items that always sell out when restocked, so we kindly ask for your understanding.

I have been buying all my Japanese TCG…
I have been buying all my Japanese TCG from this seller for almost a year. Every purchase has been a positive one. Items always arrive well packaged and in good condition. I live in the U.S. and it takes about 5-6 days for my order to arrive. I usually try to buy more than one item to make the shipping and customs fees worth it. I continue to buy from them bc their prices are way better than what i see at my local card shops and always recommend them to friends.
