I ordered a blanket to gift to my Marine son before his deployment, and it’s horrible! 🥺 very low quality, and wasn’t cheap at all.

ordered a rug (JIOTCWK) that looks like it was printed on a chenille craft square. horrible. low-quality color with gauze-looking white stitching lining it. guess I'll take this to the beach or donate it. site obvs has fake reviews since purchasers can't add them.

I ordered a duvet cover and the zipper is broken. They will not refund or replace. Horrible customer service. I would not buy from them again, or recommend anyone else does.

6x9 Halloween rug was garbage, rug border came in white instead of black as pictured, more of a floor cloth, not a rug at all, huge mistake, 120.00 out the window

Ordered a bedding set, received nothing more than a cheap ugly top sheet. It looked nothing like the comforter in the picture whatsoever. Took forever to get here and there's no way for me to contact this company other than through an email which I received no response from. Complete scam don't buy anything from this company.

Carpet was seen crooked and they won’t replace it! It’s also paper thin! Definitely not worth $70. Now I’m stuck with it! I will never shop this store again!!!!!

Well, I guess I'm just another person scammed by these low-life people. Ordered what I thought was a rug but was sent a thin piece of foam. When asked how to go about returning it they said I need to send a picture. Sent the picture and then they told me it was 95% as picture. What a joke. I said it needs to be 100%. I will be filing a complaint with Paypal and hopefully retrieve my money back.

This store is a disgrace! I ordered a rug for my living room & they sent me a blanket. I emailed them to tell them about the mistake and they told me that it was 95% close to what I ordered so they would not return it. It is not even close to the picture they advertised. Only american made products for me from now on! These companies from China are scammers. They steal your money.

Ordered a king size bedspread. Received a twin size. When asked to send it back or receive refund was told for mutual benefit for me to keep the order and they would refund 30% of my money back. They then stated "We hope you understand that we had to pay for many fees as production and the operational cost. We hope you understand and can deal with it". Sent another email to them they said they tried to negotiate with the manufacture for a higher refund. They would accept 50% and cannot refund higher. They told me they hoped I would consider this refund. Next email stated Mutual benefit, we would like to deal with you that you keep the order and we will refund 60% of your money back. We hope you understand that we had to pay for many fees as production and the operational cost. We hope you understand and can deal with it. We will try our best to find a good quality print factory and the above-average products to compare with the same product sellers on the market. We thank you so much for your understanding and your patience, and we hope you will be more satisfied with future purchases.

These people are liars!
They send a photocopy on fabric bought from China. Very cheap and nothing like the picture. Purposely they trick you and fraud you. They automatically tell you it’s in our description what you ordered by deceiving you. You get fabric in ziplock bag from

Don’t order from these scammers!

The Playmate Store is disappointing to say the least. I purchased a handmade, personalized blanket with my family name on it to be sent to a 92 year old family member. The Playmate Store took my money & after about 10 weeks sent a stock blanket with the wrong name on it. I contacted them & provided pictures of the wrong blanket & copies of my order form showing the requested personalization. After several messages back & forth they offered me a 30% discount & told me to “deal with it”... yes, that’s a quote! Thank God I made the purchase using PayPal. I filed a complaint with them & PayPal sided with me immediately. What a scam company! I even gave a bad review on their website but it was never posted! I did another one & still, never posted. They only have good reviews on their website which makes me suspicious that they are all fake reviews. Steer clear of the Playmate Store! Very dishonest practices!

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY! If only you could see what was shipped to me after almost 2 months! SCAM ALL THE WAY .....DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Does not deserve a star at all! This place is a scam false advertisement. What I received looks nothing like what is in the picture & they are refusing to refund my money . Will not let me ship it back to them. Please do not buy anything from them!!!! They need to be cancelled . We should all file a false advertisement suit against them, this was not cheap and it looks like a 3 year old made it.

Others have said what needs saying about these despicable people. I wish there was a way for Google to remove their ads & search results. I understand that sites like Wish show one thing & send another but we all know that & the prices reflect it. This places prices lead u to believe u r getting what is stated & pictured. Shame on me for not reading reviews first.

Doesn't deserve a star, a scam, beware!!! Still waiting on my refund of $129.00

I place an order on 4/17, I receive emails order was process order was mailed still no order, order sent to California order sent to CT. still, no order Cost was $69.99 they are now saying my order is in production again. They refused to refund me for my order. It is now May 7, 2021 still no product. I will NEVER REFERRED THIS VOMPANY TO ANYONE OR BUY FROM THEM AGAIN,

this company keeps changing it's name but the products are cheap, not as advertised and refuses to do any refunds. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

False advertising. I really wish I had seen these reviews beforehand. The reviews on the site are all great from fake customers. There is no place for customers to leave real reviews. The rug I purchased was advertised as an outdoor rug that I've purchased before elsewhere. The rug that arrived looks and feels like a cheap fleece blanket. The border blue around it isn't even the same as the advertised picture, nor is the material suited for am outdoor rug. It's fleece instead of the outdoor material. Lastly, I even opened it up and it rubbed back like a cheap fleece blanket . This is awful. I wish I could post pictures here.
