Scam. They send you a tiny stool then say they will Only refund you £5 and will take 3 months

Blame face book there advertising wen playing games like pet rescue or gummy drop never trust any advert on these

Do not use this company! Like many others I have been conned by this company. I paid £29.98 for 2 garden reclining, zero gravity chairs but received a tiny stool. After countless e-mails I have been offered even .ess than other sufferers, just £6 again and again and again.....though have not accepted. I have asked my credit card company to refund. Based I China, I think they collect / con you out of as much money as possible, just enought to make the order legitimate, then pack thousands of tiny items costing them nothing into one container. They count on you accepting a tiny refund and keep saying sorry you'd not like what YOU ordered, returning the item will cost YOU a lot of money, keep it and accept a tiny refund because we are sooooo nice.....NOT!!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!

Do NOT buy from this company they are total rip off merchants, i ordered 2 garden chairs at £29.98 and got a small triangle of material with three legs which is completely useless. I contacted them and was told that if I pay to return this useless piece of trash then they will refund me £7 !!!!!!!
I contacted them again and told them they have broken the contract to supply the goods as advertised and I want my £29.98 back but I just keep getting the same email saying they will refund me £7 if I accept their offer immediately so I just keep telling them that I want my £29.98 back or I will go to trading standards!!!!!

This is additional information added to my original review of this diabolical company. They have offered me £6.00 refund, and are pleading with me to not take it further to the authorities. To other people who have been caught up with this scam, pleased to tell you, that if you get in touch with your bank within 120 days of the non arrival of goods, they can refund you through the Visa debit insurance scheme. So, please bear that in mind and give your bank a call, explaining the purchase. It does not let the scammers off the hook, but it does help you get your money back. Good luck.

This Kumter what a load off bull & Con ordered wicked bistro table four chairs in July still haven't received them ..got email to say that it been delivered on 25th August 6.04 am in a morning don't think so keep sending me tracking code that doesn't excite sick fed up with them , take your money scum how do you sleep at night ....just give people their money back ... please don't not order from Kumter con con con wouldn't give any star 🌟

Do not do business with this shower of s...t I ordered 2 reclining chairs and received a ridiculous 3 pod holder big enough for tv remote control,there is also a similar scam on eBay with these Chinese thieves I look forward to the end of UK's trade with China

Sadly a scam, whete can i get compensation? They sent a stupid, useless tripod stall about 12" tall! I complained and was offered £6 refund, i paid out c.£30 for two zero gravity chairs....why is this website still up and running, there are so many similar stories, wish I'd read the feedback first....

Scam advertising! Deliberately sent rubbish camping stool instead of reclining chairs ordered. You won't get any refunds.

Just like a review on here I purchased a Sun Lounger on the Kumter.com website and recieved a small tripod stool. When it arrived i suspected fraud from kumter.com, at first I didn't know where this stool has been dispatched from. However after reading Evelyn's post my suspicions have been confirmed, so now I will report the company to the fraud dept. but I need everyone else on here to take the same action so as to corroborate my claim against kumtet.com so as to catch and prosecute this villanos company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM ANY ADVERT, YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDER. CHINA IS CONNING US HERE IN THE UK...I ORDERED A GARDEN TABLE AND 4 CHAIRS, BUY ONE GET ONE FREE IT SAID, I RECEIVED THE TINIEST PORTABLE CHAIR SO SMALL MY GRANDDAUGHTER ONLY JUST FITTED ON IT, SHES 5YRS OLD LOL...I ALSO ORDERED A STEAM CLEANER, I GOT A SMALL TUBE CAR VACUUM CLEANER. I PAID £32 IN TOTAL FOR THE GARDEN SET, £31 FOR THE CLEANER, THEY OFFERED ME A £5 REFUND, A £7 REFUND AND A £9 REFUND. PAYPAL STEPPED IN, LUCKY FOR ME I GOT A FULL REFUND. I ALSO GOT A REFUND FOR THE CLEANER. SERIOUSLY SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE TO STOP THIS...HOW MUCH ARE THEY ROBBING US OF...DISGRACEFUL.

Ordered a carpet cleaner and got a a stupid little car hoover that I have to plug in the car charger 🤷 🤣🤣 shan't be bothering with them again, BIG SCAM !!

Scam Site - same as everyone else order two Oversized Garden Chairs, received rubbish miniture stool, have been offered £4.50, £6 and £9 so far in return, stupidly didnt pay by Paypal, will take further action through Trading Standards and Action Fraud.
These kind of robbing people are the scum of the earth.

Like everyone else ordered two chairs and got a small three legged stool "Total Scam"

I also ordered 2 zero gravity garden chairs and received a small tripod stool. Customer services asked me to accept £4.50 refund and I could keep the useless stool. I naturally refused this ‘offer’ and they responded asking if I would accept £7! Again refused. PayPal dispute opened

I join others in condemning this "company" completely. Ordered 2 folding garden chairs, received small, utterly useless folding stool. It seems this is a regular habit of theirs. Attempts to obtain refund fruitless so PayPal payment dispute the only avenue left. Don't touch them with a bargepole. Hopefully Facebook will delete any further advertising attempts by this fraudulent bunch of cowboys.

Can’t give zero stars…scam site. Ordered two over-sized reclining lounge chairs and got one 30cm-high 3-legged camping stool! PayPal dispute raised.
