In all honesty a faith and with anticipation i purchased off these people but alas monies taken via credit card but After months of waiting no product delivery ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING PEOPLE

Only give 1* as I can’t see where to give it zero….yes we all have been conned I’m trying to claim back through my hsbc bank as I used a Visa card waiting on the outcome and if I’ll get a refund or not !!!

I also have been scammed out of my hard earned money I’ve just seen an advert on Facebook advertising the same chair with the same photos and fake reviews under a company called Candeo!!

I’ve been scammed website no longer exists.

Tracking states the chair is delivered. Total rubbish
No response from Medusify and now the website has closed

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING THIS WEBSITE CONNED US FAKED A DELIVERY ADDRESS AND BOW DONT ANSWER MY EMAILS LUCKILY REPORTED THEM TO EVERYONE AND EVERY LEGAL COMPANY I COULD DONT BUY OFF THEM YOU WINT RECEIVE ANYTHINg !!!!!

Ordered through their website. They took my money the same day and over a month later no chair! Emailed them several times with no reply. Luckily I purchased it on my credit card so I will get my money back. Absolutely appalling. I understand they are no longer trading?

This is a scam, looks so legitimate when you get the tracking info then to be told it was delivered 160miles away from your house, cannot contact company. Web-site now unavailable!

Absolutely fumming with these scamming bas***ds. Do not buy from them!!! I work hard and long hours away from my family ans its not very often I have spare money to buy things. But when companys/people like these take my hard earned money and not send the item I've ordered is totally out of order 😡😡

Scammers!!! Do not buy from this website it’s totally fake. Says item has been delivered 300 miles from where I live! Trying to now get my money back from the bank.

Ordered a double egg chair for the garden, everything about this screamed scam but while on holiday whilst having a drink and guard down ordered it. My daughter checked it out said you have been scammed

Total scam. Do not use this site. Ordered a swing chair . Never got it , could not contact them.

I would give minus 5 if I could. Do not use this company you will not receive the goods. Luckily I used a credit card so I can claim money back.

It is a scam. Don't buy it as you will never get it

Utterly appalled that this website is still life. Your order stuff and never get it - even though it says it has been delivered. My delivery says it was delivered in Tamworth and I am in Essex !!!!!. No joy from Medusify either.

Scammers. Hope the police knock on their door sometime very soon
