Order #12000312531
Ordered 2 sheets on 9/9/26 and three weeks later i still do not have the products. Myself and my colleague have emailed twice and ive called both the main number and also the mobile number given in some of the other replies to poor reviews, i also send a WhatsApp to this number but have heard absolutely nothing. If there are supply or delivery issues then i can be understanding but to totally ignore all contact is unacceptable.

I ordered custom sized 4mm toughen glass to use for aquarium lids.
Although the order did take longer than I had hoped they arrived quickly once dispatched and very well packaged and fit perfectly.

Overall I'd order again in the future knowing the order may take alittle longer wouldnt put me off.

Used this company twice now and both times brilliant products when received. It isn't that long to receive but the quality is excellent and the measurements are bang on. Definitely recomend this company and if I need anything else will be back

Plastic came very well wrapped, excellent product, fitted very well to my size sent to the company.

Ordering is very easy, we chose economy delivery and it took just a week to arrive and very well packaged. We were able to check the progress and were emailed with a tracking number so able to track and knew when to expect delivery. We are absolutely delighted with our purchase cut exactly to our requirements and the colour is exactly what was required. Highly recommend this company and will have no hesitation in ordering again should we require any more.

Not to a real company. Order placed on the 9/9/26 and delivery was in 7-10 days time.
Have not still got the order nor any confirmatory email.
Contacted company by email the company as no answer from phone in order to receive a refund. Received a message that my order can not be cancelled as it was a custom made one.
Contacted my bank to dispute order.

So it’s obvious from all the reviews that there are delivery issues and I had to chase up my order. They never answer the phone so don’t waste your time trying to. I raised an on line query with them which was acted upon quickly and delivery sorted. I received my order very well packaged and protected and my MFC board was good quality and perfectly made. I’m very happy with what I received so if you can handle late delivery then I’d recommend them.

I received the product last week, and am happy with the quality, and the size was correct. The only down sides were it did take some time to arrive, but customer service were easy to contact and talk to, and the delivery went to the wrong address, but that was not the fault of the company. It is now fitted and looks great.

I gave it 1 star because you cannot give it any less, ordered an mfc board took 15 days to be delivered and about 15 calls where they keep
Promising to dispatch it next day but never happened, paid 40£ priority delivery for delivery in the next 48 hours never got a refund, the board finally arrived corner all damaged, beyond ridiculous!!! Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!

Avoid this company!! Ordered items (#12000312403) on the 7th September. Contact them on the 15th September since no delivery and order status was showing as "Packing" for nearly 2 weeks. Was told that it would be sent out the following day and yet here we are 3 days later and the order still hasnt shipped.
Very quick to take your money and then dont deliver the goods.

My order took 3 weeks to arrive despite when ordering it said despatched in 2 days! No reply to 3 voice messages or 5 emails send. When I finally got through on the phone I was promised 3 seperate times they were being dispatched the next day! I had to chase them constantly. I would not recommend this company.

The product had been cut accurately and very carefully packaged. The delivery was on time and I was very pleased with the whole shopping experience with 'plastic sheets"

This was my third purchase of these special sheets, which we needed for a shed. They were all precision-cut to the exact measurements and fitted perfectly. They arrived well packed, and considering they were each cut to our desired dimensions, they didn’t take too long to arrive. Very pleased and happy with the purchase. Thank you!

A very good company to deal with; prompt service.
Good delivery, well packed. I will be ordering again.

Ordered shelves for my motorhome. I needed them by a certain date and Chris endured they got to me in time. Most helpful and polite.

Ordered 3 small products nearly 3 weeks ago. Apart from a confirmation email that the order has been received,I've yet to get confirmation that the order has been sent. Emailed twice, no one is answering the phones. Left a voice message but as I write this I have received no correspondence. They have until the end of the day before I cancel

Ordered some samples, paid for express next day delivery. Arrived a week later. Contacted customer service twice, no reply as yet…..

Thank you now its already sorted thanks

Excellent experience from start to finish. The delivery was perfect and the product was made exactly according to my instructions — spot on. Very happy with the quality and the service, and I'll definitely be using Plastic Sheets again in the future. Highly recommended.

Ordered plastic sheets to size, what was delivered was mixed up dimensions meaning the shape was all wrong. It also took 3 weeks and a chaser email for the wrong item to be delivered, and when I’ve contacted and chased about the wrong sizes given with pictures 2 weeks ago I’ve had no response. Diabolical service, and I very rarely give reviews so to have had this bad a service says a lot.
