Ordered plastic sheets to size, what was delivered was mixed up dimensions meaning the shape was all wrong. It also took 3 weeks and a chaser email for the wrong item to be delivered, and when I’ve contacted and chased about the wrong sizes given with pictures 2 weeks ago I’ve had no response. Diabolical service, and I very rarely give reviews so to have had this bad a service says a lot.

Ordered some perspex sheets to stop my guinea pig chewing on the bars. Worked a treat. Fast delivery and quality product

If you were looking for 1 star read this.

I came here to look at reviews as I was struggling to get any decent response or an actual delivery date. Phones were sometimes not answered and the ticket system is useless and a ticket system should never ever be used by a Company for customer orders.

Anyhow after I got here I read the 1star reviews and realised hundreds had the same issue. Equally though two names appeared keen to help. One was Hayley and one was Chris.
They really do care and want to help and they did. They apologised , grabbed my order and promised to get it to me by a date i needed and that turned out to be only 3 days later than the expected date.

The package was shipped and delivered the next day. It was extremely well packed and the plastic windows were of excellent quality and perfect size.

So although you might think this should be a 4star review my main goal was a great product, to size in a required timescale. Even though I had to come here I got what I wanted and am pleased.

The Company just needs to reflect on their processes. I would ditch the two tier pricing for delivery option and just offer one great service with same timescales for all customers based on size of order. I would ditch the ticket system as if they improve their processes and get products labelled as completed awaiting despatch and then despatched I think their customer enquiries and chasers would diminish substantially.

I was so happy to find this site due to having chipped a corner off a glass frame. No more glass for me any more! The service was rapid and efficient, the quality is immaculate and I'm not afraid of the picture falling off the wall.

Plastic Sheets have a great ordering website
Their prices are very reasonable
Their materials are delivered well packaged and exactly as requested, dimensionally and quality

Exactly as ordered, can’t fault it

Never got the item i've ordered.
Tried to reach them over the phone with no luck
Sent many emails and never replied
Definitely a scam.
Don't buy from them
Absolutely terrible experience

Thanks so Much for the plastic sheet! Needed it for a frame. Really happy with it.

I ordered two pieces of toughened glass for the sliding doors of my aquarium as existing ones over time have got chips on them. I messaged Chris who explained there was a delay in delivery due to the company experiencing delays in components their end. I was not in a hurry and can happily announce the order has been delivered safely and in excellent packaging with bubble wrap and enclosed in two pieces of MDF wood so no damage at all

Ordered bespoke shelving for a cupboard, when they arrived they were very good quality and exactly what I wanted. Customer service were great when keeping me informed during the ordering process.
I will definitely be using them again with my next project

Item ordered exactly to size Arrived in superb condition and amazingly well wrapped

Very pleased with the process, easy enough to order, quick delivery and the products were good quality - exactly as ordered.

Very pleased with service and the product. So easy to order and it was great to buy specifying my own sizes and measurements. It was a small order for a small project and the wood arrived to my specific measurements for immediate use. Great service.

Items made to size, delivered on time, well packed.

I ordered a replacement glass shelf for my dresser. It took a while to arrive but it was worth the wait. The new shelf fitted perfectly into the space, such a delight! Definitely a thumbs up for Plastic Sheets.

Online order and so easy to use, followed my specifications to the letter and such a great product, the communication was great throughout and well packaged and fitted like a glove.

Great alternative to glass, quick delivery & reasonable price.
