Their website shows ‘3 to 5 working days’ delivery time. For me it was 21 days from order to delivery and, as others have said they are uncontactable. My phone calls got terminated at their end after 2min 5secs every time. Emailing them creates automated ‘Tickets’ which are not actioned by them. Ticket PS02061263, raised on 8th Oct asking them to cancel order and refund me was not actioned. They ignored it and sent the items to me arriving too late on 17th Oct. I am stuck with unwanted item (it arrived too late to be of use) since they ignore all requests to engage with the customer. I actually wondered at times if I had been scammed. Do not use this firm if delivery is important.

Easy to use app and ordering.l ordered 2 large sheets in speamint green on 12/10/2026They were delivered on time and well packaged.I also ordered a sample before purchase of the larger items it also arrived on time.I was very pleased with the items and delivery.20

Second order and as good as the first, quality product and timely delivered.

I’ve waited nearly three weeks for my sheets to be delivered , three phone calls and two emails unanswered ? Then when we came to stop the order they said we were too late , it was coming to us by DX . However we have not had the delivery and no tracking details were sent and again my call was not returned . I want my money back now and would urge others to think very carefully before touching this company as they are NOT true to their word .

We were initially very impressed with our purchase of a 2mm clear acrylic disc as the clarity was great and was very well packaged . Unfortunately there was a small scratch on it so we had to contact customer services. This is where the company lets you down . Two phone calls not responded to even after leaving messages . Nobody picks up the phone . Had to chase email twice . Eventually got an email back to say it was being looked into . They did send a replacement but without any communication and unfortunately the replacement was even worse with a big chip on the outer edge . Two weeks on and still waiting for a reply as can’t get hold of anyone on the phone and don’t seem able to respond to emails. It’s a shame because the product would be excellent if it had no faults . Communication is key with any supplier which sadly lets this company down.

Sheet arrived scratched , I have contacted them via their web page several times, but no response . Terrible customer service

It was a small order for some clear polished shelves that our local glass supplier could not do, so I was surprised when the order arrived early. Great choice of carrier as the delivery person was polite and professional. Small orders serviced well lead to big orders when available. I'm delighted with the product and would not hesitate to use Plastic Sheets again. Thank you all concerned

Worst experience ever. Paid for EXPRESS DELIVERY and only got my items 5 days later.
The lady I spoke to over the phone said they would refund my POSTAGE, but yet again, it still hasn't been REFUNDED. THEFT is a crime.
Will use my vast connections on social media to make sure that Plasticsheets never gets any of their business.
To the dude that will no doubt give an empty apology. You have 25 percent negative feedback comments. Maybe it's time to stop apologising and actually get off you lazy backside and sort the problems out.

On the positive the sheet arrived and was well packaged but very delayed. Nobody answers the phone or email or to let system they have so was surprised when it did arrive in the end. Really need to improve communication of they want customers to return.

Extremely disappointed.
I ordered a sheet and specifically expressed my concern that the sheet wouldn't arrive on time. Paid express, didn't arrive, called back, and they refunded the express and said I would get a tracking number on the same day (a Wednesday) and the sheet the next day. Didn't get a tracking number and sheet only arrived on Monday - damaged.
Since then, the nightmare has continued. I have tried countless times a day via phone, voicemail and email to reach someone for almost a week now; no response. It's been two weeks since I ordered.

I was contacted by Chris, who issued an apology and confirmed the refund was on its way. I received the refund yesterday and am therefore amending my review.

I would love to be able to leave a shining review but unfortunately I didn't receive this part of my order and the company do not respond. I have tried phoning (they don't answer), I have tried their customer support process (they don't respond).

Don't waste your money or your time.

Ordered 4 items 11th Sept. Only 3 items delivered - contacted customer service on 19th and still waiting for the 4th item.

If there was zero star I would give them zero. Service is appalling. Calls are never answered. Bought glass shelves on the 29/09 and paid for expedited manufacturing for next day collection. When I called on the 30th was told they were being manufactured at a different site will only be ready on the 6th of October. Now they are not answering my calls. Avoid if you can. I tried to call Chris on the 07976854684 and the phone is also never answered or got any call back.

Excellent service - cut exactly to my dimensions. Arrived well packaged and ticks the box. Will definitely use these guys again.

Courier is useless (Inpost) and cannot be contacted, they don't seem to want to deliver to a business!
Phone calls go unanswered.
Do not use if you need somehting for a certain time!!

Ordered 2 sheets on 9/9/26 and three weeks later i still do not have the products. Myself and my colleague have emailed twice and ive called both the main number and also the mobile number given in some of the other replies to poor reviews, i also send a WhatsApp to this number but have heard absolutely nothing. If there are supply or delivery issues then i can be understanding but to totally ignore all contact is unacceptable.

I ordered custom sized 4mm toughen glass to use for aquarium lids.
Although the order did take longer than I had hoped they arrived quickly once dispatched and very well packaged and fit perfectly.

Overall I'd order again in the future knowing the order may take alittle longer wouldnt put me off.

Used this company twice now and both times brilliant products when received. It isn't that long to receive but the quality is excellent and the measurements are bang on. Definitely recomend this company and if I need anything else will be back
