Absolut perfect.
We had some problems with a damage during delivery, the customer service was outstanding and solved the problem easy and really fast. Never experienced such a good service.
The table is also perfect. Love the quality and design. Easy to mount on the wall and looks stunning. I work from home so I use it daily. Love that my workspace is now so clean and after work I just close it Recommendation 100%

Delivery was very timely we were kept up to date with fulfillment progress. Our two DropTop desks are mounted next to each other with matching artworks and they look great and is very sturdy. There is a little bit of flex on the desk surface, but you get used to this quickly. We originally bought them because our study is sometimes used as a guest bedroom and it is nice to be able to easily declutter the space.

The desk design only has two minor problems: the bottom edge of the desk tends to hit the wall and make a loud sound when weight is put on the opposite edge - we fixed this by wedging a bit of foam against the wall. The paint on the frame around the armrest area comes off a bit too easily, but this is also not a big problem.

I purchased my desk from Pith and Stem back in November 2024, and it’s honestly been one of the best investments I’ve made. It’s compact, beautifully designed, and incredibly easy to fold away. Perfect for making the most of a small space. The build quality is excellent; it’s sturdy, durable, and clearly made to last. It’s also really comfortable to work from, making all the difference during long days at the desk.

The customer service was just as impressive as the product. The Pith and Stem team were so helpful and kind (Simon tried his best to ensure the delivery came on time). I needed the desk in time for my husband’s birthday, and Simon and team went out of their way to accommodate my request. Their thoughtful approach and great communication made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

I ordered my Droptop Max November 2023 with an estimated delivery window of 6 to 8 weeks, but it ended up taking 12 weeks to arrive. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service during that time was disappointing—communication was lacking and updates were sparse.

That said, the product itself is fantastic. Once it finally arrived, I was thoroughly impressed. It’s incredibly quick to open and use, and just as easy to close and store. The build quality and functionality exceeded my expectations. If they can improve their customer service and delivery times, this would be a flawless experience.

Easy to setup and incredible product. Saves so much space. Looks great. Lovely to work at. We're using the VESA arms and they're wonderful with our Cinema Displays.

The company made the experience of ordering the desk really good. Unfortunately, the hardware that they use for screen mirroring is really poor, and was not compatible with my employers computer. Also, the power brick to distribute power burned out after a few months.

Customer service is terrible. Desk is great however its only been 12month and the docking station included has already broken. Wont bother going back through customer service for the docking station because of how incredibly terrible the customer service is and I would rather pay the money to replace it personally than deal with them.

I ordered my drop top and unfortunately was shipped the wrong color. The team at Pith & Stem team took quick action and sent another unit ASAP in the correct color. I have been using my desk (and loving it) ever since. I work 100% from home so it is nice to have a sleek and stylish space to clock my 8 hours and then tuck everything away and move on with the rest of my life.

The one improvement I would suggest is adding a third hinge to the middle of the desk as the work top has begun to sag (slightly but definitely noticable). Still, this unit is highly recommended by me. If I could I would have given this a 4.75 rating as the only flaw in the unit is so minor and really only bothers me because I am a perfectionist when it comes to construction.

Great product and works well! The only thing that is weird is that the grounds on the electrical outlet mirror each other, making it difficult to plug two items in at the same time.

I absolutely love my DropTop desk. It is sleek, works perfectly, and has turned a corner in my hallway into a functional office when I put the desk down. The quality is absolutely fantastic. I could not be happier with this purchase, and I have recommended it to friends and family.

These desks are easy to build (should you choose to do so), beautiful, and such a space saver. I have two of them and we absolutely love them. Looking forward to enjoying them for many years to come.

It took a while to arrive due to its popularity, but came perfectly packaged and ready to install. Being able to select my own art was great. Easy to install even for a novice DIY-er like me. All the tech works wonderfully. Not cheap, but worth every penny. Perfect solution for working from home.

The drop top desk we got from Pith & Stem was so good I couldn't recommend it enough. I wanted a work desk that would fold away neatly against the wall. It's so tidy you wouldnt even notice it in the room. The delivery and instructions were very straightforward. I totally recommend.

These desks are really durable and fold up really compact when not in use. When paired with a good chair they're really comfortable to work on full time. The built in dock is excellent with all the cables hidden behind the monitors. I have numerous devices so I got a small USB hub to enable me to connect them without having to get behind the monitors. I also grabbed a non slip felt pad for under the keyboard and mouse from Amazon (following a recommendation from the guys at Pith and Stem) and it really improves the comfort and look. All in all I'm very impressed with the desk and I highly recommend it.

I’ve had the Drop Duo 27 for over a year now. Had to give up the box room as an office to move the baby there and set up in the master bedroom.

Could not recommend this more highly. It’s a premium product but I view it as an investment. Efficient with space, sturdy, large desk area and looks like an ordinary frame on the wall when folded away.

Much cheaper than investing in a garden office/ outbuilding.

From experience, I wouldn’t recommend Fantastic Services for installation and would find a professional wall mounting fitter that has excellent feedback.

On closer inspection after arrival, I noticed a slight scratch on the frame. I sent photos and expressed my disappointment with having paid so much for there to be a little scratch on the frame. Pith and Stem offered to send me a brand new frame with an image of my choosing for free!

Talk about looking after your customers. The new frame hangs very proudly in my living room!

I couldn’t be happier with my Pith & stem desk. It has the build quality I was expecting, is well-designed, and does everything I wanted.

The installation was slightly harder than I anticipated, but more so in terms of time than complication. The instructions were clear and easy to understand.

I would highly recommend this desk to anyone who doesn’t want a desk dominating the room.

Perfect discrete desk for working from home. Desk had a long lead time but was well communicated. Desk arrived and was easy to assemble following the instructions. Good quality materials. Only issue I have had is the monitor mount is slightly wonky and appears to be a fault with the mount.

I've been using my drop top for a few years now and I love it just as much as the first day I installed it. It has been a game changer for me. It's built to last! The quality has help up nicely 👌. I work remote and have limited space so being able to fold it up when I need to disconnect has done wonders for my mental health. I can't recommend this product enough. Buy it! You'll wonder why you didn't get one sooner.

Excellent service, excellent product and still works perfectly 2 years on.
