It was really easy to mount and the quality is so good. It feels super sturdy and it's awesome that at the end of the day I close it up and just looks like a picture on the wall.

Have been waiting since ordering 21st April for my desk - keep being promised next week but nothing has been dispatched.

website easy to use and had all the information needed, response from customer service was really good, wasn't sure that my order went through so had to contact to make sure all was ok and at the same time asking for an invoice, had a response within 24hrs, delivery was all on time and again the information provided from both customer service and the DPD was great.

I've been looking for a foldaway desk for a while, but not one which feels like it will fall apart as soon as you put a bit of weight on it. My office doubles up as our spare room so the desk really does have to disappear when not in use. This is SO good. Quality workmanship, made by people who clearly understand what it's like to WFH. The only downside was the wait from ordering to receiving, but they were honest about the timescales and it arrived faster than they had originally advised. Well worth the wait.

Great product, good quality, very easy to install, i am not disappointed. We had to wait few weeks to receive it but the support always answered my emails to give me some visibility.

I absolutely love my new desk. I received a damaged desk after a 10 week wait and was really gutted, however, after a quick convo with customer service they arranged to collect the damaged desk and replace with a new one, which I received a week later. The desk is beautiful, great quality and perfect for my full time work from home job.

My initial order unfortunately arrived damaged due to transit, but the Pith & Stem team handled everything quickly and professionally. They arranged a full replacement at no extra cost, including shipping and import fees, and kept me updated throughout the process.
The replacement arrived within a few weeks and is absolutely perfect — the quality and design are excellent.
Really impressed with both the product and the level of customer care. Highly recommended!

Ho ordinato la scrivania DropTop Max Light, ho speso 530€. Appena fatto l'acquisto non ho avuto nessuna mail col riepilogo di ciò che ho acquistato, come succede su tutti i siti del mondo. Dopo 3 settimane, non ho avuto nessun riscontro in merito, ho scritto una mail e mi hanno risposto in maniera molto sbrigativa dicendomi che occorrevano 8 settimane. I primi di giugno ho scritto ancora e mi è stato risposto che il pacco sarebbe arrivato il 12 giugno. Oggi mi è arrivata finalmente, ma una volta aperto il pacco trovo il materiale che è truciolato, quindi non proprio ottimo, in più c'era una crepa sul lato d'appoggio, quindi non avrà lunga durata, altro che 5 anni. Ho scritto jna mail chiedendo la sostituzione del pannello di appiggio, mi auguro in una risoluzione veloce del problema.

Desk is great - exactly as expected. Wait for delivery is long and I had to call to chase when the 12 weeks estimated had passed.

I really love the droptop desk. I handpicked a painting for the front and the quality is so good. The desk is in quality unique and there is no brand that matches in look or quality. You can charge your laptop, phone, iPad whatever while working on the desk. It’s not cheap but when you see it, it’s worth it!!

Great desk, I really like it.
Mine was shipped with the wrong sized screws for the hinges, damaging both of the pieces that they are supposed to attach to.

Customer service immediately sent replacement parts, and was easy to deal with. Delivery time is a little long (took about 8 weeks to get the desk).

UK/EU tarifs are frustrating, but this i not on Pith&Stem's side. Delivery to Germany was quite fast.

Desk is great, very effective, folds up neatly against the wall but a perfect size when open. Construction is sturdy.
