I received a beautifully boxed arrangement on Mothering Sunday - almost 2 weeks ago and they are still glorious now 11 days on. They have to be the best flowers I have ever received by post.

Failed delivery twice
Mother's Day 2024 - ordered a bunch to be delivered on the Saturday, email confirmation and then nothing else, no dispatch email, no tracking - company said DPD failed to scan and lost the delivery so they sent a replacement - delivered 1 day late
Mother's Day 2026 - ordered a bunch to be delivered on the Saturday, email confirmation and then no dispatch email or tracking from either petalon or DPD - no customer service available until 9am Monday - customer service emailed me back with a brief apology and said DPD lost the delivery - still to find a resolution but already 3 days late
I have ordered a few other times at random dates, not specific occasions, with no problems, each of those times I receive an email when the postage label is created, before DPD collect the delivery, the two times delivery failed I did not receive email when label is created.
I would not recommend relying on this company for delivery.

Hi Deborah, I am so sorry about your experience with us. I have replied to your email myself so that we can resolve this for you. Unfortunately it is the case that when the entire DPD network experiences a huge increase in volume over Mother's Day weekend, these things can happen sometimes during very busy times, despite us doing all we can on our side to avoid it. Of course this does not make up for your very understandable disappointment - please drop us an email back and we'll do all we can to put this right.

I have been a long standing Petalon customer. Their bouquets are always original and beautiful. I used them for gifts, celebrations and to brighten up my own kitchen. The team are really helpful when you need to speak with them. I love the addition of homegrown since they relocated to Cornwall.

The large just doesn't seem large these days. I've used Petalon for years and their large bunches of flowers used to always be just that, large and impressive and with a price tag to match. I haven't used them for a few years and suddenly the large just does have the same wow factor as it once did.

Homegrown flowers at their best!
This company was recommended to me by a friend who is also a grower, especially because I wanted to send flowers to friends that did not live close to me and many growers only do local collections. The website is easy to navigate, bouquets are limited to what is in season (although they do offer imported flowers during the winter months). Setting up an account is easy, they also have a loyalty scheme and subscription options if you want. Delivery is good, you can specify the date and made by DPD (although one was a day late). My friends have loved receiving the flowers and stated how long they last. Very happy.
