I've now purchased three items from this shop - a set of 2 tea glasses, a coal samovar and a wooden shisha. Reasonably priced, all great craftsmanship and beautiful packaging. It's difficult to find authentic Persian items where I'm from. The customer service has also been great - I've had all my questions answered almost immediately.

My latest order from the Persis Collection was their minakari clock with Persian/Arabic numbers, which got here a few days ago. It arrived the same day as the replacement they had offered me for a minakari decanter I had previously ordered that had arrived damaged. Both pieces are hand-painted, and the intricacy of the design is incredible. They really brighten up the room, and also go well with a Mahmoud Farshchian print I have, as he uses those same celestial blue colors in his art. Thanks again to Arya for the great customer service!

This is an update on my experience with this company. I had previously rated it 1 star (you can read my previous review below). Their response was slow but they managed to salvage the situation. They corresponded with me frequently and resent the items. And to my surprise, they used the same delivery company as before—only this time, the vendor did not mess up. The items were beautiful as well.

I can affirm that they are indeed a genuine company and your money won't be lost on them. I had the same fear, especially given the number of similar companies and vendors one sees on eBay, Etsy, or TikTok. But rest assured, you're in good hands. I cannot attest to whether you'll have a 100%-trouble-free delivery, but if you do hit a snag, I'm sure they'll sort it out like they did mine.

I am very interested in their silks as well and hope to be a regular customer going forward.

They took my $222.13 without delivering the product and now ghosting me. The delivery company they hired in Canada did not deliver the package. I emailed the courier company 3 times with proof that their person was lying about the delivery being completed. Plus my building camera footage shows no package being delivered or left out anywhere in the vicinity. I waited patiently but got no response from the courier company.

I then emailed this company, Persis Collection and told them about my complaint with the delivery guys. Got a typical response saying check with your neighbors, parcel may be delayed, etc etc and they're looking into the matter. I waited patiently and even thanked them for responding. Reached out to them after 5 days enquiring if there's an update. No response. And no resolution or view into next steps.

I've been on this matter since Nov 27. And now it's been ten days since I'm trying to communicate with Persis directly. To add insult to injury, they're not even responding to my emails for a follow-up.

I usually refrain from giving a negative review to a company as I avoid unnecessary conflict. And this TrustPilot survey was lying in my inbox for two days. I decided to again reach out to Persis Collection to see if perhaps they have information and regarding next steps. But there's radio silence. Hence, my review here.

Any decent company has an SLA in such situations. How can you make a customer go through so much hassle without a timeline?

I'm shocked at their attitude and the completely nonchalant way they're okay with taking someone's money like this. It's called stealing. And to think I trusted TrustPilot reviews before spending hard-earned money on a present for Christmas.

How can this be legal?

I have purchased from Persis Collection on many occasions I find their products of high quality and beautiful. If you have any questions they are quick to respondand delivery is always within quoted times of items in stock, you may have to wait a little time for items on order but they keep you informed of progress. Prices are very competitive.
