I recently bought a beautiful handcrafted Persian backgammon and a set of ceramic plates from Persis Collection, and I’m thrilled with my purchase! The quality is outstanding—both items are even more stunning in person. The Khatam backgammon quality, a true statement piece, and the plates add a lovely Persian artisanal touch to my table.

The customer service was fantastic too. I was kept informed throughout the process, and everything arrived safely and on time. It felt like opening a special gift!

I had bought a custom made gold necklace which was really beautiful and attractive when it arrived. It was of good quality and delivered quickly.
The variety of products is high and it confused me which one to choose. I think less variety is better. Thanks

our order(parcel) arrived on time and in good condition

Placed an order on Apr 7, after I was assured by customer service that the item would be delivered in time for mother's day. Eventually the item was delivered a month late (well after mother's day) and that too after I repeatedly had to follow up with them asking for the status. I had ordered a customized key chain and it cost £180. The item delivered was mediocre and substandard, not even worth £30 let alone the price I paid for it. The key chain had rust marks and the gold plating / paint was chipped. I flagged this to their customer service and I was told I would get a new key chain and a partial refund - I got neither. Poor customer service and mediocre product. I will definitely not ever recommend this website to anyone!

After my posting of the above review (and sending yet another email reminder), Persis have sent a replacement chain and I have received a partial refund.

I would give the products themselves a 5/5. Great products (looks and feel) and also great presentation upon delivery. The only somewhat negative aspect of the Persis experience is that the website is quite a bit buggy, and the prices that you see when scrolling through products rarely match the actual price that is displayed when you click on the product, which is a bit misleading.

Edit: The products are not always great, I bought the immortal necklace and the length and look of the necklace were completely different than what was advertised, and the pendant was bent.

On time delivery, beautiful, packaging and item was absolutely stunning

I ordered the Norooz collection, painted ceramic eggs, mirror, etc. Good value, completed and complimented my table decorations. I received it very quickly and the service delivered is excellent. The first delivery was delayed and as soon as I mentioned it they sent me another set via express post. Thank you and I will be a returning customer and recommend them.

Auf dem Bild sehen Sie set mit Haft sin wunderschön aus . Beim Auspacken sind zwei schon gebrochen und kaputt gewesen. Nach ewige Begründung ( Handsrneit und sei normal etc ) und Bilder habe ich Ersatz erhalten. Zwei Tage nach der Aufstellung lost sich Kleber vom Spiegel ab und fällt runter , Spiegel und Rahm ist kaputt. Ich habe reklamiert die Antwort ist , dass sie nicht zurücknehmen können und es sei auf Transport normal , dass es so was passiert , erstmals soll ich selbst zum kleben und reparieren versuchen und wenn es nicht klappt schicken sie mir neu .
Ich wollte für noruz und meine Freude war komplett weg . Sie haben mir 20 Prozent zurückgegeben. Unverschämt für diese unglaublich schlechte Qualität und das Sie mir den Schrott nicht zurücknehmen oder Preis komplett erstatten.

My first time ordering from Persis for Nourooz gifts/card. I had an issue on the website so I emailed the next day. Arya assured me that my order had gone through along with the correct shipping address.
Soon after on that same day, I got tracking info sent via email and received my order the very next day! All within 48 hours!
The items are beautifully handcrafted and remind me how elegant and unique Persian art and style is. I love that I was sent a ceramic Nourooz egg as a gift in the box with my order. What a lovely touch, it made me so happy :) Everything was so carefully packaged and presented, it all arrived in perfect condition.
