DO NOT BUY GOLD FROM HERE OR ONLINE IN GENERAL!!Overall the experience and customer service was great but oh was it disappointing to realise I had been severely scammed. Ordered a sized up version of one of their necklaces and it ended up being $1500 for a 3.5g 18k gold pendant. For reference you could buy a solid 24k gold pendant for the same price currently and currently the gold prices have spiked…a necklace like that which now in hindsight should never have costed $1500, should cost about $800 at most and that’s is with the current inflated gold prices. I was basically charged 120% of the raw price of the gold…THIS IS NOT NORMAL DO NOT FALL FOR IT. Average prices range from 15-25% not DOUBLE THE PRICE.

Regarding the jacket: the product description clearly states the material, fabric type, and measurements. Many of our garments are traditional Persian designs made with lighter fabrics, which may differ from standard European winter coats. We always recommend reviewing the detailed sizing information provided on the product page before purchasing.
Regarding the Nowruz egg: each listing specifies the quantity included. If there was any confusion, we sincerely apologise, but the product details are stated individually.
As for shipping and customs fees: international delivery costs are displayed at checkout before payment, and customs charges are determined by your local authorities, not by our company. These fees are outside our control.
We work directly with independent Persian artisans, and all items are handmade. Pricing reflects craftsmanship, small-batch production, and international logistics — not mass-produced factory goods.
