We have just returned from a week at Seaglass House in St Maws, and it was far from a Perfect Stay experience, as the company name would suggest. The house itself was very lovely (although the light switches are difficult to master and the floors were filthy), but the customer service from Perfect Stays is where the experience fell short.
A concierge service is not a service that should be offered unless Perfect Stays can actually deliver assistance. I called in April with a number of activities but had to chase three times over three weeks before anyone even replied to me. In the intervening time, having noted an interest in a further property for 2026, I booked Red Cove and paid a deposit. I then automatically received an email offering the concierge service for Red Cove, and I quote my reply below:
"Thanks for your email, Megan, offering the concierge service for Red Cove. I am, however, roughly three weeks into a wait for resolution to the requests I placed for Seaglass House, [which is our holiday] this June. Could you chase whoever is dealing with this, as I am a little frustrated. I have chased three times."
I then received a reply.
This experience has made me super nervous for next years holiday; I sincerely hope it doesn’t cause me the same amount of stress as this years has.

A fifth time, I think, we've stayed with Perfect Stays, at two different properties. We stayed at The Hideout at Mawgan Porth, as with all properties in the PS portfolio,it's a great quality place. What really makes it out is the service provided by PS, really exceptional care and support, and attentive to just the right degree. Fantastic concierge service, used for a private chef for a significant birthday family celebration. Id also like to tip the hat to the wonderful house managers Paul and Jen at the Hideout, really really lovely fantastic people who do an amazing job. Look forward to my next stay there!

Celebrating a very special birthday in a favourite spot for all of the family.
The house worked well for the grandparents, adults and grandchildren. Plenty of space to relax and watch the rabbits in the garden!
The house is finished to a high spec with a well equipped kitchen, as well as having the outside showers, on returning from the beach. Being able to walk down to the beach was another benefit.

I cannot fault the house but oh my, those views. It was mesmeric to just sit and look at the sea at any time of the day or evening.

Perfect Stays provided great communication throughout the booking process and leading up to our stay. Really good and speedy response when we need some help on the weekend too!

Amazing property with fantastic views. All finished to a very high standard and equipped with everything you could possibly need.
Outside in the garden were lovely seating areas and we enjoying eating out in the evening with the fabulous beach views. We were very sad to leave.

Middle Hobby, Daymer Bay, Cornwall is a wonderful modern holiday home within walking distance of the beach. We were a family of ten plus two dogs, the spacious well equipped home suited us all We have used Perfect Stays for many years and have never been disappointed, the lovely welcome hamper is always much appreciated. The only suggestion we have, is that a mirror should be fitted on the opposite side of the road to facilitate a safer exit. All in all a wonderful property in a great location.

Amazing property and beautiful location. The house is finished to the highest standard with wonderful touches such as Atlantic blankets and comfy beds and sofas. The kitchen is easy to use and well equipped and the balcony is sensational. One of the loveliest houses we have stayed in in gorgeous St Mawes

We stayed at Little Polkerris, which was perfectly located, both for its views over St Austell Bay and within easy reach of places to visit such as Cardinham Woods, Lanhydrock, Lostwithiel and Fowey.
Excellent outside area for our two dogs to run around.
Facilities and furnishings were to a high standard and the welcome pack was exactly that. Intend to book again.

Driftwood is the perfect house to relax and unwind. It has everything you need on the doorstep. The garden is tranquil if you don’t want to venture out and there’s plenty of space for everyone. Rock is on the doorstep, not forgetting the beautiful beach of Porthilly.

A truly wonderful house in an amazing setting.
Grand parents/ parents and grand children all had the most amazing time.
We should also mention what a joy Perfect Stays were to deal with. Incredibly helpful and professional.

in spite of the unpredictable weather/ electrics lol thank you all for a lovely week of stunning views, delicious food-the welcome hamper was very well received - the maintenance team were super responsive and worthy of congrats too - definitely worth a trip to Prawn on the lawn in Padstow especially if its raining !

Another wonderful holiday at Samphire, Trevone. This is the 3rd year we have rented this property. Perfect Stays provide a seamless service from booking to arrival. Checking in mid week to ensure all is going well. Wouldn’t book with anyone else!

A seamless stay in a beautiful property and location.

This is the first time I have booked through Perfect Stays and have been singing their praises since. They have been really helpful in many ways and then the property we booked through them, ‘Tamarisks’ in Devon was above and beyond our expectations. I don’t normally give rave reviews but I couldn’t have been more pleased both with the booking company and the property itself. We had an absolutely fabulous holiday in a gorgeous home in a great location.

Wonderful house with a perfect view over the beach. Great enclosed garden for the Grandkids to play in. Loved the warm outside showers, great for washing the sand off after being on the beach. Couldn’t fault the inside, the kitchen was large and well equipped, lounge was comfortable, lovely large dining table all with the great views and the bedrooms were very comfortable with 3 having great en suite’s. All we could have wished for and more We had a great time. I would say it’s the best house we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in a lot of holiday lets.

Another great week at Trelawn. This is our fourth time and all the family regard the holiday as the highlight of the year.
Two of us have electric vehicles and it would be convenient if we were allowed to "trickle charge" our vehicles over night.
Before we left we received a call from your office asking if we wished to book the same week next year; a very solid yes please from all.

The Hideout at Mawgan Porth is ideal for our family,lovely views of the bay and easy access to a lovely beach, excellent accommodation. The pool room, hot tub and cinema room are great for keeping the children entertained.

We had a lovely stay at seastar with perfect stays the house looked over the beach hot tub steam room outside garden area the house was perfect was text when ready it was so clean when we arrived and there was everything we needed even a welcome hamper witch was very nice thank you would recommend to anyone.

A great house and very comfortable. Extremely well thought out and beautifully furnished. My family loved staying there.

Da schifo! Pagato un sacco di soldi il 33%in più di voyage prive. Voli interni alle 4 del mattino per poi stare 3 ore ad aspettare quelli che arrivavano dopo per ammucchiare i gruppi di agenzie diverse. Crociera un giorno e mezzo in meno. Saltato tempo x abu simbel. Ammucchiato in 3 gg il programma che doveva essere di 5. Ci fanno partire alle 3 del mattino per aspettare gruppi che arrivano alle 10. Poi arriviamo in nave e non sanno come farci tornare in tempo x un aereo che non si capisce perché prenotato alle 8 di mattina x il cairo se poi tutto il 2 maggio non abbiamo più nulla da fare. E volo di ritorno alle 4.45 di notte!!! Tutto giorno x giorno nell ansia totale di non sapere cosa sarebbe cambiato il giorno dopo ad aspettare inutilmente gruppi insieme con programmi diversi. Proprio attraverso Perfect stay che si appoggia a ditte locali senza monitorare la qualità dei servizi e il rispetto dei programmi pagati.
