Bin rundum zufrieden und kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Das Korsett ist wunderschön und die Qualität ist top. Hab mich zusätzlich getraut ein Dessous-set dazu zu bestellen und auch von dem bin ich wirklich begeistert. Habe eine eher große Oberweite und eine schmale Taille, aber mit der Größentabelle hab ich die perfekte Passform für mich gefunden.

Ok so. I live In the Middle East, United Arab Emirates to be exact! I wasn’t expecting my corsets to come fast or to have a good quality! Long story short the corsets came after 8 working days AND THE QUALITY IS GREAT!! I used a code so I got the 40% off but I got the wrong size! So I emailed them they told me that I have to buy a return fee which I did although I was hesitant. They brought me the right size after 6 days and they did not ask me to return back the old ones! NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER IN MY LIFE I HAD SUCH A GREAT AND FAST HELP. I can see that most of reviews are bad here but I really had a great experience with this company!

Scam, they don’t offer return nor refund as written in their policy.

After reading the many negative reviews I already regretted ordering. My package arrived today. very fast delivery! Had to wait about a week for it. The corset is beautiful and gives me a really nice figure! Unlike many others here, I can really recommend the perfect corset! good quality and fast delivery!

DO NOT BUY from them. Their posted refund/exchange policy is an outright lie. They refuse to refund and will only exchange if you pay a rediculous exchange fee. I am trying to report to the Better Business Bureau but I need an address and there is no address available! Teying to get an answer to any contact with Customer Support is next to ompossible.

Réponse du SAV: non pas possible car vous l'avez essayé et donc il est considéré comme "porté" car l'odeur de mon parfum est certainement dessus et de fait ils n'arriveront pas à le revendre...
Alors jusqu'à preuve du contraire, je ne suis pas un ours puant qui dépose son odeur pestilentielle en ayant essayé un produit 2 minutes...
Si je veux le retourner c'est à mes frais, en Chine sans aucune contrepartie...
En gros mieux vaut le revendre moi-même sur Vinted...

The cup size is not true to size, so the biggest size is not really that big.
And if it does not fit you, they refuse to make a return and refund, although they have a return policy. They invent excuses not to.
Should not order from this website

Website states that to keep customers happy they accept returns within 14 days. However, when you write them and ask where can I return the item they say it is not possible as this is the underwear and while trying on you might left your perfume smell and it is not possible to resell. They offer exchange. How, for some items they don’t offer anything neither exchange or refund . The ones with rhinestones and fringes.

A ver, el corset es precioso y de calidad, PERO con lo caro que es y siendo tienda online, me parece increíble que no acepten cambios de talla.
Decepcionada con el servicio la verdad.
Si dudas de la talla de la copa, recuerda que no hay modo de cambiarlo.

Be Carefull. Die Produkte sind zwar recht schön, Größen passen aber überhaupt nicht zu dem was in dem Größentabellen angegeben wird. Wenn man eine retoure Anfragt wird man mehrwach mit Angeboten zum Größenaustuaschen, gegen "eine geringe Service Gebühr" abgespeist. Die Firma versucht mit allen Mitteln eine Rücksendung/Kostenrückerstattung zu verhindern und hält sich nicht an ihre eigene Retourn policy. Klar Warnung!

Je n'ai à ce jour aucune nouvelle de ma commande... J'ai reçu un mail il y a un moment maintenant , suite à une rupture de stock (black friday) on me proposait soit de changer le modèle , soit d'attendre le ré approvisionnement qui aurait lieu pour un envoi 5 décembre et en contrepartie, d'être remboursée des frais de port .. ce que j'ai choisi

À ce jour, je n'ai aucune nouvelle et personne ne répond à mes mails, mp facebook, instagram... rien néant ! SAV nul !!!! Ou est ma commande ??

There's something not right with this vendor. I ordered two corsets last week. After four days still no dispatch so I asked where they were. They replied that one of them had been out of stock and they were sending now... so then I get a sent notification for one corset but not the other. I wait, and I email again... it turns out the other one is ALSO out of stock and won't be stocked for two weeks!!! Why didn't they tell me that the first time I asked??? Sorry but that's a trust breaker, I've asked for a full refund

Commande passée pour deux corsets et un accessoire.
Jamais reçu
On parle de 150€ de commande ils auraient soit disant livrée dans ma boîte aux lettres (photo à l’appui pour préciser) on ne dépose pas une commande dans une boîte aux lettre d’une valeur de 150€. De plus je n’ai jamais reçu de confirmation de livraison ce qui laisse à quiconque la liberté de se servir !!!

Il ne me trouvent aucune solution et me laissent revenir vers le transporteur pour trouver une solution. C’est de leur faute si je n’ai pas réceptionné la commande en mains propres.

J’attends leur retour avec une solution satisfaisante sinon je serais obligé de porter plainte.

If I could give them negative 5 stars, I would, with pleasure. I placed an order for one corset, but somehow their site added another corset without my agreement. I asked them to cancel and they did. This was on October 26. Nine days go by and I hear nothing of shipping. I reach out to them and get told that my corset is out of stock. This is not stated on the listing. Today is November 15th. I reach out again and they give me a bogus tracking number and ask me to be patient. I wish I had checked Trust Pilot before ordering from these scammers. I am cancelling my order and will complain to BBB.

I never leave reviews, but in this case I feel like I need to. I have been searching for a nice, fashionable corset for a long time and came across Perfect Corset through instagram. I always look up companies before buying overseas and I saw all the horrible reviews. On the other side I also saw that there was many people on the gram that had them tagged and was happy. I therefore decided to try them out and I honestly expected a huge disappointment. I’m picky, but omg was I pleasantly surprised when I got it! The delivery time was less than stated (to Norway) and it’s the best quality corset I’ve ever seen. No, it’s not an old fashion, can’t breathe, can’t move corset (thank god), but I feel it’s everything it promised. It feels great and for me it is true to size. I’m a standard S and I measured myself before buying it and everything fits perfectly.

Im confused as to why there is so many bad reviews that sounds totally opposite to what I have experienced now. Therefore I have, fire the first time, bothered to write a review.

The only thing I can pick on is that the tracking link never got up to date. Besides that, there is nothing I can complain about! I’m happy :)

merchant is not legitimate. sizes are incorrect, when you try to return or exchange they tell you you’re going to be charged several fees*. return policy states defective items are their responsibility but they do no uphold that policy even with proof.

The corset is very pretty, but sizing is way off! and it needs front clasps. It is impossible to get on and off... disappointed.
