A wonderful villa with spectacular views over Aegean sea. The villa itself is very comfortable and the master bedroom is fantastic. There is a private beach with the pool downstairs which makes the vacation even more enjoyable. The villa manager is very helpful and responded promptly to all our requests. We had a perfect vacation and hope to be back next year

Review of Villa Zeytin, Bodrum - Summer 2023:

Our stay at Villa Zeytin in Bodrum was an unforgettable experience for our family and our close friends. We spent 10 delightful days here, and it was truly a vacation to remember. The villa had everything we could have asked for and more.

One of the highlights of the villa was its huge garden, which provided us with ample space to relax, play games, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The pool was a real treat, always clean and inviting, and we made sure to take advantage of it regularly during our stay.

The kitchen was a standout feature of the villa - spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. The villa manager arranged a chef to prepare delicious meals for us. It was a wonderful touch that added to the overall luxury and enjoyment of our vacation. The chef's culinary skills ensured that we got to taste a variety of delicious dishes throughout our stay.

The villa's layout was perfect for our group, as each bedroom had its own bathroom and toilet. This feature offered the utmost convenience and privacy, especially when staying with other couples. We appreciated how well-thought-out the villa's design was in this regard.

During our time in Bodrum, we found ourselves spending a lot of time at the villa, indulging in the comforts it provided. However, when we did venture out, we enjoyed trips to Yalikavak Marina, which was conveniently close by car. The presence of several grocery stores in Gündogan made it easy for us to procure high-quality ingredients and whip up some meals of our own when we felt like cooking.

Annie from Peninsula Villas Bodrum deserves a special mention for being exceptionally helpful and kind. This was our fourth time booking a villa through her, and each experience has been consistently outstanding. We appreciate her dedication to making our vacations memorable and stress-free. Each villa she has offered us has been unique and tailored to our preferences.

The only minor drawback we noticed during our stay was the living room, where we didn't spend as much time as we initially thought we would. The couch was a bit small, making it less comfortable for our entire group to lounge together. However, the presence of a cinema room and the large garden more than made up for this, providing alternative spaces to relax and enjoy each other's company.

In conclusion, our time at Villa Zeytin was fantastic, and we can't thank the team enough for providing us with such an incredible vacation experience. We left Bodrum with cherished memories and the hope of returning again next year.

The villas was even better than expected. The beautiful - well kept, garden and pool made it difficult to want to venture out! The villa was within walking distance of the market, shops & restaurants.

James the owner was a fabulous host; very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. He arranged for 4 of us to have private day out on a boat with amazing lunch cooked in the galley the the boat captain. Can highly recommend!

We loved everything about the villa. It has amazing vibes, spectacular scenery and is very comfortable and relaxing to live in. It’s so pretty and has such a character, I felt like I was in a movie set! I’ve never been in a house like that. And you can tell every detail in the house is very well thought out. The furniture is so unique, the outside lounge areas are beautiful and the pool is fantastic.
I cannot begin to describe how amazing Fehime is! She took such good care of us and of the house. Her breakfasts were out of this world! We did not go out for breakfast a single day we were there! The breakfast she makes is better than any breakfast you can have in any restaurant.
The service we received from Annie was exquisite, to say the least. Annie pulled a miracle by finding us such a beautiful house, on such a short notice, in peak season. I contacted her a week before travel date and she really worked hard to find us Villa Anna and was very understanding when I had to update plans and look for one more villa 2 days before the travel date because more family members joined the trip.

If you're looking for a relaxing vacation, with a breathtaking open sea views while soaking up the sun on a private beach deck with a beach bar and shared pool, Pearl Penthouse in Gundogan, Bodrum is what you're looking for.The luxurious apartment is stylish, beautifully furnished, extremely well equipped and it's very well located with lots of local restaurants and cafes and not far from Yalikavak's vibrant nightlife. This is our 2nd time that we rent in Bodrum through Peninsula Villas Bodrum and once again Annie made our booking process a dream. Our stay at Pearl Penthouse was amazing! We highly recommend it. Marina View proved to be the perfect location for our eight-day vacation to Yalikavak. Situated high above the coastal road it offered splendid views across the whole bay.
We were four adults of the slightly older generation and found the apartment to be extremely well equipped with everything we needed. Fortunately, having hired a car we did not have to walk from the old harbour back up to our accommodation which would have been arduous. The car did give us the opportunity to make daily trips to various locations in the Bodrum Peninsular. We found many delightful spots to relax and enjoy during the day and local restaurants in the evening. This was enhanced by our timing of late May which meant there were very few other tourists about and the weather pleasantly in the mid to high 20’s.

Today is our last day in Villa Mon Reve in Yalikavak. I cannot explain how much we enjoyed staying in this beautiful villa, is very well equipped, very well located, and the people running it are great. We had no major problems, and the small details that needed attention were solved within a day. I would recommend anyone to stay at the Peninsula Villas Bodrum properties.
Annie and Marion took charge of everything, and made our experience nothing but the best.
I also have to thank Karishma, which through her concierge services made our vacation dreamlike.

We recently returned from a stay in Yalikavak in Aagean Villa 220. It’s such a lovely , comfortable , well equipped villa with amazing sea views , we loved the various outdoor spaces too .
Booking with Annie and her team was a positive experience . Annie listened to our requirements , she couldn’t be more helpful . She is also very knowledgable about the area and all her villas , I can’t wait to book with Peninsula Villas again soon .

We have stayed in a dream like villa in Yalikavak. The whole experience was immaculate starting with reservations and Annie than continued with the chosen villa and the owner but also local transfers and the stuff we encountered with were all even better than expected. Genuinely friendly and professional. We fell in love with our villa Karakuzu so much that we highly recommend it for its design to the tee but also its cleanliness and its location. So secluded yet very convenient for outings in town. Overall definitely highly recommend it.

I love this company and highly recommend them to anyone thinking of renting in the Bodrum area. This was our 4th trip with PVB, and as with previous trips the level of customer service and commitment to ensuing a smooth guest experience was 1st class. Annie is brilliant and treats guests with total respect. The overall customer experience flows across all levels of the business with the local property managers doing a great job. Sarah at Villa Kismet maintained similar standards as previous trips. She was always available for any questions and welcomed us at the villa late at night with a smile. She guided us to lovely breakfast spot off the normal tourist path which had fantastic views and shared local knowledge.
Villa Kismet was beautiful and looked as good as the photos. It is of a high standard, extremely well maintained and is kitted out with everything you need for a perfect holiday. There are various outdoor seating areas and it has a nice private feel to the outdoor space, particularly around the pool. We stayed for a month and spent quite a lot of time just enjoying a slower pace of life. It is a lovely spot and whilst we hired a car (it was cheap) you can easily get by without it. It’s a simple walk to the village and the various restaurants, with a couple of small supermarkets down near the market that were fine for day to day requirements. We had a great time.

We stayed at Villa Aegean 220 in 2019 and 2022. The villa is stunning - fabulous views and many seating areas so you can catch the sun or shade any time of the day. Clean and well equipped. Photos are an accurate representation. Out of town and up a big hill (hence the great views) so a car is useful but not essential (taxis into town are cheap and plentiful - you just need to walk down the first hill to the main road and flag one down).
The town is lovely - big enough to offer a choice of bars and restaurants but not as loud / busy as Bodrum so very relaxing. Bodrum can be reached by bus from the centre (45-60 minutes depending on the time of day).
Thoroughly recommend the one day boat trip for which you can find details in the brochure (expensive but was the highlight of both holidays).
Also thoroughly recommend using Peninsula Villas. Annie always responds to queries in a prompt, friendly and informative way.
The transfer from/to the airport she arranged for us was reliable and reasonable (much easier and more reliable than trying to book your own taxi - many drivers (even very local ones) do not seem to know where the villa is.
Going beyond the usual service you would expect from an agency - Annie even very kindly arranged for some clothes that we left behind to be brought back to the UK and then posted back to us (thanks to villa manager Carley and Catherine too for making this happen).
I was very impressed with Annie and her team and would not hesitate in using the company again when visiting the Bodrum Peninsula. In these still uncertain times it is very reassuring to know you can absolutely trust the company to provide provide a high quality service time and time again.

The booking process was easy. The communication was excellent and very responsive. The Villa was well appointed and very clean.The Local rep, Carley, was great. Her local knowledge was very good. I would have no hesitation in recommending Peninsula Villas or Villa Aegean 220 and would definitely go back
