James at static world took our concerns about shipping over the water on his shoulders and made it so easy to do,always in touch with news of progress what boat it was on,put our minds at ease,this was not an easy delivery but trust is the main thing and was not let down.ty again

Steve was very straightforward and communicative which was appreciated after we’d been let down by other (unnamed) static buyers. Responsive to messages and requests for advice. No hesitation in recommending to others.

What a pleasant experience from my phone call to static world i was greeted by a chirpy upbeat James Muir,i gave him the bare bones of what i was looking for leave it with me and we set a time for a visit. My wife my daughter and three year old Alex. As my wife has mobility problems he made sure the minimum of walking was noted, Hospitality fab wee play area for kids so no distractions he asked for more detail on what we were after he already new what would fit the bill after a look at the first van the look on my wife's face said it all [no for me] next door a beautiful Swift Chamonix deal done.and thanks to delivery guys . Came out to view my caravan after I insisted as I felt more comfortable doing it this way rather than via pictures. Agreed for me to stay in it whilst my house move went through and had regular contact. When caravan available for collection, a date for the decking was never given, went person-person on the phone and kept being told they would be in contact, became very obvious they didn't want to collect my decking as first agreed so was left with short notice to remove it etc. Date agreed with my park for disconnection and collection off the caravan, all parties happy until date off collection came and no collection. I was paid what they agreed which I'm Happy with however a week after the caravan was meant to be collected its still there, the park site hassles me although not my fault etc, not the most professional way off doing things, I wouldn't sell to them again if I could go back a month due to the hassle caused

Agreed a sale quickly and have dealt with very friendly staff throughout. Phone calls & messages always responded to quickly. The collection was a little slow to be arranged however it was done at the exact time agreed and by friendly people who were very good at negotiating tight spaces out in the sticks! Our experience has been great and I’d recommend selling to this company.

Would have loved to have given 5 stars but had a little trouble with communications at the start but as soon as Steve the boss took over the purchase of out static everything ran really smoothly and I honestly couldn't thank Steve enough for reassuring me and delivering on all his promises. Would definitely recommend using them.

After we offered our caravan to the park they recommended 3 traders. We got bids but thought we would have a look online, we found these guys and they offered over £2000 more than the others, paid a deposit straight away and dealt direct with the park to arrange collection.

Keeley and Claire were amazing, feels like we sent a million WhatsApps but they always answered and kept me calm.

I posted my static on Facebook for nothing and had a girl called keeley message me and tell me not to let it go for nothing they will offer me so much. At first I thought it was too good to be true because I wasn’t expecting anything for it. She sent over a 10% deposit and the rest of the cash is transferred on collection before the mobile is even hooked up to go. Thanks to keeley and Steve for updates in the process definitely recommend 👍

Great service, very timely and helpful

Steve has just delivered a new Atlas Mirage to us. A good, friendly and down to earth guy who knows his job and from our experience so far, does it well. Caravan delivered and all guidelines followed.

We sold our privately owned Static Caravan to Static caravan buyer. From start to finish everyone we spoke to gave us a professional service. Everything was dealt with efficiently and payment was quick.

Static Caravan Buyer purchased my van in November, but with COVID were unable to collect until January. Communications could be improved, but can not fault the professional manner of the Company, with the collection team being top notch in the assistance given in moving the van from an awkward location for loading. Would definitely use or recommend to other buyers or sellers

We were offered £400 more because the caravan was in such good condition, These guys were great, arrived on time, Steve looked at the Caravan and raised his offer, my Sister and I agreed, received a deposit that evening, and full payment on collection. 10/10 Thanks, keep up the good work.

Good team of guys, didn't hide or shirk their responsibilities. Offered me a fair price for my van. The actual moving took longer than planned, but that was down to the caravan park and its covid issues. Importantly, they kept me in the loop as to what was happening. Payment was prompt! Well done!
