We had a great stay in bath. Apartment was clean and comfortable with free parking. TV and Wifi, clean modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 10/15 mins walk to the centre. Communication was excellent with lovely staff.

Do not stay at this property or use this property management company!! The apartment is filthy. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. There was hair and toothpaste all over the bathroom floor. The balcony door looks like it’s been broken into and doesn’t fully lock. The stairwell is dark and the safety lights barely work, making it a dangerous for flights up. In addition, the hallways are cramped, and the walls are crumbling in the hallway. This apartment is tiny. There’s no smoke detector and the Wi-Fi didn’t work.

Absolutely fantastic accommodation, great location with shops nearby, all amenities provided, its a truly great stay.

Absolutely loved our stay! The flat is incredibly spacious with a beautiful open layout and a modern touch — exactly as pictured, if not better. The host was super active, helpful, and very responsive throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and easy. Couldn’t fault a thing — highly recommend!

Lovely trip. Plenty of bedrooms, comfy beds. Good location if you have a car or bike. Parking in drive.

I had an excellent experience with Pass The Property! From the beginning, communication was clear, helpful, and professional. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, well-organized, comfortable, and in a great location.

The team was very accommodating and even allowed an early check-in, which made a big difference upon arrival. I felt truly welcomed throughout the stay.

We booked this property for a group of over 15 guests, and it was frankly embarrassing to host family and friends in such poor and misrepresented accommodation. The issues we encountered were severe and numerous:
- On arrival, there were several large bags of rubbish and waste in the front garden, which was very off-putting.
- The property was dirty, with filthy carpets.
- There was no vacuum cleaner in the property, and only one additional black bin bag. We had to buy our own for the stay.
- Mattresses in several rooms were worn flat, resulting in back pain for guests.
- Peeling paint in the bedrooms; dining chairs unstable and broken.
- No hand wash in any bathroom. We had to buy our own for the stay.
- The upstairs washing machine was completely non-functional.
- The front door was misaligned, requiring significant force and making loud noises when opening or closing.
- The bedding cupboard was filled with junk, including a broken chair, and spare bedding was dirty and disorganised.
- On one of the days, builders were working in the back garden, meaning the patio was off-limits. Due to their presence, we couldn’t even open the blinds or patio doors, which severely impacted privacy and comfort.
- The listing said that Wifi was available, but it did not work at all.
To make matters worse, I had agreed with the host to discuss these issues in person at checkout, and waited an additional 15 minutes beyond our check-out time to do so. The host did not show up, and no communication was received. This failure to follow through further reflects the host’s lack of care and poor management of the property.

We have stayed in few of there properties around Wakefield over the last few months and they have been good.
They have been clean,
all the things you need in the property
And perfectly located and will continue to stay in there properties when available

We stayed at Underhill cottages in Mells, Frome. It looked lovely on the photos - lots of cushions and nice wallpaper and the location was good. In reality, there were several issues. A very badly equipped kitchen, a leaky tap, no outside furniture, a broken bathroom door, a broken clothes dryer. Worse, there were sharp screws on the bed where both my daughter and I cut ourselves and the hot water ran out on three days. It said it slept 14 and we were a party of 10. I asked for a partial refund and it was refused. Also, BEWARE of 5 star reviews. When I requested an early check-in they said it would cost £25 unless I wrote them two five star reviews in advance BEFORE my stay. I refused and said this was dishonest. The house itself was nice but these were more than snagging issues. A shame it isn’t better managed. The internet was also absolutely terrible but this may be a local issue. We couldn’t even watch TV.

They were an added layer after booking on Booking.com; lucky if you get a friendly person, most are arrogant. When simply asking to drop off my bags early and to use the bathroom for medical reasons for my mother, the question was ignored. Then I recived a response, sure at £25 per hour for an early check-in, which is crazy, then after requesting this multiple times to get an answer over the weeks. There was a response if you leave us a 5-star review, and we can do that, which I did and since removed it as explained above.

Great property for our large family holiday, location good and facilities excellent including the pool.
