Disappointing Property Plymouth N Road West
Rented a property in Plymouth which although generally clean had a drawer full of part used medicines, cupboard with part used food, dirty cookware and mould in the bathroom. The property was advertised as having free on street parking which turned out to be only available from 7pm to 9am. The nearest paid or free parking was several streets away. The company asked for photos of the various problems which were sent then ignored.

Déçus par notre expérience avec cette agence.
Nous avons loué un logement à Cambridge pour 46 nuits. À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que plusieurs éléments ne correspondaient pas aux photos de l’annonce, qui nous ont semblé particulièrement flatteuses par rapport à la réalité. L’état général du jardin notamment était très éloigné de ce qui était présenté.
L’agence est intervenue sur certains problèmes signalés durant le séjour, ce que nous reconnaissons. En revanche, lorsque nous avons demandé un geste commercial compte tenu des nombreux désagréments rencontrés, une première ouverture à une indemnisation nous a été laissée entendre, avant qu’aucune proposition ne soit finalement retenue.
En tant qu’agence de gestion, nous estimons qu’il lui appartient de vérifier régulièrement l’état réel des biens qu’elle commercialise et de s’assurer que les annonces reflètent fidèlement la réalité.
Une expérience décevante au regard du prix payé et de nos attentes pour un séjour de longue durée.

We would like to note that the hot water and shower issues were resolved during your stay, and we also provided additional cutlery, extra linen, and towels upon request.
Regarding the mid-stay clean, while you declined this service, periodic visits are required for longer stays to help us maintain and inspect the property.
The Wi-Fi was operational throughout your stay, although occasional signal fluctuations can occur and are unfortunately beyond our control.
We also reached out and offered compensation as a gesture of goodwill in response to the concerns raised.
We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve our guests' experience.
Quiet Apartment in Wandsworth
There were an ample number of comfortable beds. The apartment was clean and furnished adequately for the space. The neighborhood is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We had an excellent stay at Canary Wharf, the lodge had everything you needed, the beds were really comfortable with soft bedding. Very peaceful location, and within easy access to main attractions of London, it was so nice to come back to the water after a busy day exploring. I would highly recommend staying here, very comfortable, clean, well equipped, and couldn’t fault the location of the lodge. Always easy to communicate via AirBnb. Very happy customers :) thanks for such an enjoyable stay.

Unreliable - cancelled a 10-person booking 4 weeks before arrival
We booked a house in Bath on airbnb 6 months ago with this company for a special occasion. With only 4 weeks until arrival, Pass the Property cancelled our booking, due to a "system glitch". It is simply not acceptable for a company of this size to take half a year to notice a technical error.
It felt like a convenient excuse to clear their calendar for higher prices close to the date as it is during peak season.
If you are planning to book one of their houses, I would think twice before trusting this company with your booking. They are clearly happy to hold your money for months and then cancel when it suits them with a very unprofessional excuse.

Recently booked a room had to change…
Recently booked a room had to change all the booking.com details to a friend who was also staying at the property after finally reaching the stage of them accepting her id and confirming it was fine they then asked for a second ID! This was almost back and fourth for 2 hours...
In the meantime I booked them another room and tried to get full refund!
We finally were allowed to have the property details, on the last day we tried to put keys back in the keysafe, code seem to have changed as key safe wasnt working. We decided to post they keys for safety reasons, I then Received q message to say weve been charged for a locksmith after numerous times of explaining we had no choice to post keys....

There was an issue regarding the pre-check requirements; however, management granted an exemption even though a secondary ID was not provided, as part of our security protocol for this self check-in property. The check-in details and access instructions were sent to you in advance. You later informed us that you wished to cancel and had already booked elsewhere. We asked our cleaner to attend the property the following day, and they reported that the lockbox was empty. Later, we received a message from you stating that you were staying at the property.
After your check-out, the cleaner and handyman checked the letterbox, but no key was found. As a result, we had to arrange for a locksmith to forcibly open the door and change the lock. Please refer to the signed rental agreement, which states that if the issued keys are not returned upon departure, we reserve the right to charge the guest or booker for the replacement of keys or the changing of locks.
We appreciate your feedback and are always working to improve our processes and communication for future guests.
I went home with the keys by accident
I went home with the keys by accident. I returned them within 24 hours. They were going to charge me £45 unless I left a 5 star review - so here it is. I have to post a picture of this review to them to get the refund on the full security depsoit.

This is a minimal charge, and management has decided to waive the fee and grant an exemption as a gesture of goodwill. Leaving a review is entirely voluntary, and we apologise if it seemed otherwise, as that was never our intention.
