Horrendous.
Ronnie Robinson is a rude, unwelcoming, careless, sloppy, lazy host and and is a terrible business owner, he doesn’t answer for hours or even days and is incredibly shady, he manages a few air bnbs and when you try to book a place with him he asks for personal information outside of policy, and instead of appreciating your interest in his properties, he interrogates you as if he is in the FBI. Then he tries to move you to different places that you didn’t request to book which is INCREDIBLY shady. He is the most unwelcoming, unkind, unpleasant, arrogant, bigheaded man i have ever had the misfortune of coming across and interacting with, my advice STEAR WELL CLEAR

Superb service
Superb service. Within days of appointing R&R properties they had found me a fantastic tennant. Paige is fantastic, so professional and updated me all the way through the process.

Many thanks for your valued review.
As you are aware the reason for your dissatisfaction was due to the the poor property condition that the property was left in whilst you were a tenant.
The property was left unclean and certain areas were damaged. As per the clauses in the tenancy agreement - amounts to rectify the damage were deducted from the Security Deposit. You had the time and the right to rectify the issues of which you failed to do!
As the agent we liaised with the landlord and your insurance agent to ensure to all deductions were kept to a minimum.
Please note the agent cannot be blamed for your conduct in leaving the property in such a poor condition.

Very efficient and thorough
I recently used R&R Properties Midlands Ltd to secure a flat, the entire transaction was smooth and extremely efficient. Nothing much to say apart from how great they were to us and still need anything one call away really trusting people ronnie and the whole team really really good people and as of my experience as a tenant you won’t find any better agents than them. Made up my mind if I ever buy house it’s with R&R properties the team are just spot on professionalism.
