Pido dos pizzas medianas para recoger, la dependienta me da el precio de 21€. Le digo que hay una promocion y entonces me dice "ah pues entonces sí, son 15,98€". Cuando llego a recogerlas eran 17.98€. La pizza 6 quesos muy buena, la barbacoa le pusieron la masa fina que yo no habia pedido y apenas tenia salsa. Primera y última vez, son pizzas, no una ingeniería, debería ser más fácil, la verdad.

Cuando podría siempre venía a comer aquí
Pero ya no volveré, desde que solo puedes pedir una pizza cada media hora
Llegue a la 9:30 y salgo a la 11 solo con 3 pizzas y me voy con hambre
Antes tenía mejor acciones y te traía dos pizzas por lo menos
Ya no y estoy indignado, me iré a dominó o Telepizza, que seguro trabaja mejor
Estoy muy cabreado 😡😡😡😡

Me siento totalmente engañado me han traído unas pizzas que no tenían mi la salsa barbacoa antar dado una hora entra el me las y servicio fatal y pésimo

Estoy muy contenta, con el servicio a domicilio llego antes de tiempo, todo como lo he pedido Santi el motero muy amable, agradable con muy buena precedencia.

Comparatively good pizza. I know that this company isn't quite popular when it comes to quality pizza, but I am fully satisfied with its quality here.
I don't a pizza eater, but sometimes when the organism demands something tasty, I ain't mind having good snacks and that is how I enoucntered Papa John's. I just researched and found them, then visited the joint and order a classical margarita. Cheese was awesome, the dough was puffy - excellent.

USABA LA APP, ENTRANDO CON FACEBOOK, DESHABILITAN ESTA FORMA DE ENTRAR, NO PUEDO ACCEDER A MI CUENTA EN LA APLICACION, ME PONGO EN CONTACTO CON EL SERVICIO DE ATENCION AL CLIENTE, Y ME DICEN QUE RESTAURARAN MI CUENTA CON LOS PUNTOS ( LOS CUALES AUN ESTOY ESPERANDO), DESDE ENTONCES HE HECHO VARIOS PEDIDOS, Y NO SE ACUMULAN MAS PUNTOS, PARECE SER QUE PRIMERO PROMOCIONAN, Y LUEGO DEJAN DE DAR BONIFICACIONES AL CLIENTE
ENCIMA, A PESAR DE QUE LA WEB TE DIGA QUE TU PEDIDO LLEGA EN 30 MIN/ 1 HORA, SIEMPRE TARDA MAS DE 1 HORA Y ESO QUE VIVO CERCA DEL LOCAL

Más de 1 hora de espera informada, hora y media ya de espera, aún no han llegado, al teléfono no lo cojen, y al final que te dicen: son lentejas, es lo que hay. Una vergüenza, las 23:30 media hora pasada la hora de entrega informada, imposible localizar a nadie. en la aplicación Aparece aún en preparación 😫

Acabo está tarde de hacer un pedido, y tarda 3 horas. Llega frío. La atención telefónica es detestable.No se hace cargo de la devolución del dinero.Esta empresa es horrorosa.Me dicen que llegará el reembolso en una semana ,cuando la culpa es de esta empresa?.

En el local de Villaverde Bajo, Calle Diamante Pedimos un menu pizza a las 21.10 y tras media hora, a las 21.40 voy al mostrador y me dicen que aun faltan 5 minutos. Fueron 10 y nos sirvieron a las 21.50. Cosa que no entiendo pues la familia que pidió antes que nosotros les sirvieron enseguida. Esto es algo tipico de este local pues nos ha pasado SIEMPRE que vamos, Será cuestión de buscar otras pizzerias. Con la segunda pizza ocurrió lo mismo, mas de 30 minutos de espera. definitivamente NO VUELVO a este establecimiento.

Unhygienic rude incompetent
This is one of the worst takeaway in Sevenoaks. Not everyone can speak or understand English, that is unacceptable. But as a business can't be bothered to make the effort you shouldn't be running one. Your staff are disgustingly rude, unhygienic spitting all over the food they're preparing, collecting money at the till then go straight to make a pizza without washing her hands, also Incompetent. This place needs a visit from the food standard agency. And a very urgent one. Also whosoever own the business needs to take more interest in random visits to the store.

El encargado de Collado Villalba que trabajó el día 8 de diciembre en la noche es un absoluto mal educado, no nos han entregado el pedido QUE HEMOS PAGADO, y al hablar por teléfono con el y pedirle su nombre y apellido para reclamar en la central (o incluso denunciar) se negó y nos cortó al teléfono. Un absoluto mal educado, así defiende un encargado a su local?? Lo que debería hacer un encargado es solucionar un ERROR que ha habido en su local. Por supuesto nos hemos puesto en contacto con la administración central de la empresa y nos asegurarnos de que se toman medidas contra este impresentable. Una pena que una comida tan rica, se vea tan desmericida por un impresentable como el encargado de Papa Jhons de Collado Villalba. Una auténtica vergüenza.

papa johns use to be a great place for pizza...now it is cold every single time you get it, picked it up today and still cold, BUT main reason today is for those of you that use delivery guys, while I was waiting for my pizza, 2 delivery guys came in, 1 was standing in front of the rack where they put the finished pizzas waiting for delivery had on a black leather jacket, while watching, he had his hands under his jacket and scratching his bare back, and next thing he has his hand down inside the back of his pants and was scratching his bare butt...or a** whatever you want to call it, then proceeded to pick up his next order off of the rack
so no more delivery guys for me
sad that things have gotten so bad out here they dont care anymore about the quality of their product its all about getting your money.

I'm not giving bad reviews but the truth is if you deserve it, order a pizza and apart from the delay no more because they want to cancel it, and it's not the first time they do it, if they don't have people hire, and if they only have little staff it's not to cancel orders silly

Tasteless piece of garbage I have ever tasted ingredients and dough have been changed to cheapness.
Would not recommend at all.
Customer service is disgusting as well.

En el local junto a ilacril plaza de Quito, el que cocina la pizza mientras pone los ingredientes esta comiendo y manoseando la comida, se mete los dedos a la boca y sigue preparando mi comida, asqueroso, es un medio gordo, pilas

Siempre es bueno venir aqui la atención es buena, y la pizza siempre es deliciosa no le doy 5 solo por q para venir en ella coche es fatal .

There pizzas were great I'm not a guy who cares about looks and their calzones are to die for I Have Never tasted a better pizza!!!! Love you papa john brothers for ever!!!!!!!!!!!!
