Fuster has supported me very professionally and correct during the complete ‘lifecycle’ of my property. Thanks to Judith and the team, I was able to onboard as a second home owner in Spain and acquire my property about 10 years ago. The following years Fuster took care of my taxes and finally Judith managed the sale of my property in very good understanding.

I was more than happy to leave a review for Fuster & Associates. We had been recommended Fusters from friends that had been in Spain for 7 years.

We first touched base back in 2024, as we wanted to relocate to Spain. From our first interaction with Maria we have had nothing but friendly and professional help.

We have very recently renewed our TIE and interacted with Laura, who is Spanish but speaks fantastic English and has made every step of our paperwork much easier. Laura even met us for appointments with police for our TIE, we’ve never felt unsupported from day one.

Advice has been superb from day one, and we always feel Very important regardless of what we have needed help with. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, exceptional support throughout. Friendly and professional which is really important to us as it can all seem very complicated and confusing, but with Fuster we have felt we have been looked after exceptionally.

Fuster & Associates assisted us with our purchase of a property in Spain (we are UK based). The process was very efficient, communication excellent, and we had an all round very positive experience.

Renewal of our Final Temporary TIE cards handled by the Team at Fusters wasn't without the stress in the hands of Immigration delays,but as always Fusters take this stress from our hands. Laura kept communication constantly and was very proactive in obtaining a Police certificate needed for our UK visit (in order to get back into Spain) whilst our cards were not ready - She went above and beyond of keeping an eye on the progress of the application to the end ☺️
We would highly recommend Fusters for buying and dealing with all legal aspects required.
We have been with Fusters for over 10 Years and the trust that all staff in all departments are always available to answer by questions and ready to help

Happy with Egidius, he is methodical and professional. We completed on our purchase and very happy with this part of Fuster solicitors.
However, extremely frustrated with other departments since moving from the UK.
Sent many emails to Maria, Evelyn and Laura which just get ignored.
Not sure if it’s just the Spanish way or they are being rude!
I sincerely hope things change and move forward or at least they have the courtesy to contact us and let us know the system and the way it works. As we are not explained anything of the procedures and left in Limbo!
We both hope they are going forward with our residency and other future requirements.
If not we will be complaining to a higher body and will need to seek another Law firm.
We hope this doesn’t happen and they show us some standards of courtesy as a paying client.
Hopefully standards will improve and we can then change this review and give 5 ⭐️ reviews.
But I’d like to say again we were extremely pleased with the house conveyance from Egidius.

Heel veel dank aan Tommi en Egidius, we waarderen jullie inzet en zijn zeer te spreken over de directe communicatie in het Engels en Nederlands. Door het geven van een volmacht is alles perfect geregeld, het tekenen van de acte bij de notaris, maar ook Nie nummer, verzekeringen en nutsvoorzieningen zonder daar zelf bij aanwezig te hoeven zijn. Wij zullen in de toekomst vast en zeker meer gebruik gaan maken van jullie diensten.
