Ich habe Fuster & Associates beim Kauf meiner Immobilie in Spanien mit der rechtlichen Abwicklung beauftragt und bin mit der gesamten Zusammenarbeit sehr zufrieden. Gerade bei einem Immobilienkauf im Ausland ist Vertrauen besonders wichtig, da der gesamte Prozess oft kompliziert und verwirrend wirken kann. Genau dieses Vertrauen wurde während des gesamten Prozesses bestätigt.
Es war großartig, dass ich den Kaufprozess völlig entspannt und problemlos durchlaufen konnte, obwohl ich keine Kenntnisse des spanischen Rechts hatte.

I am very satisfied with the legal support from Fuster & Associates for purchasing a home. I found the Dutch translation of important Spanish legal documents by Egidius particularly pleasant. Personal attention was also available when it was really needed. Answering emails and good explanations of the legal documents have been so supportive for me. The decision to purchase the home was quite difficult given the complexity surrounding ownership of the home. I received quick and concrete advice. The lawyer and the legal assistant are knowledgeable and thought along about my position. Thanks in part to their help, I was able to purchase the house. Highly recommended!

Fuster & Associates have been my fiscal representative for over 10 years now since the purchase of my holiday home and hold POA over both myself and my wife.
We have not had many occasions that we have needed to contact them for advice but when we have had to contact them they seem to ignore my emails and i get no reply until I chase them up and there reply usually starts with "sorry it has taken too long to reply but" I contacted them by email early in the year 2026 just regarding advice about selling our home in Spain due to the fact that i have been diagnosed with terminal cancer and as yet (30th April 2026) I still have not received a reply so i am just waiting to see if they do ever reply. They are happy to take my Euros off me each year for very little work you would think that a reply would be forthcoming within days but sadly no
