The items in my order exceeded my expectations. The quality and style were both very high. The blouse sizes run small, but Beautiful fabric and fun trendy style will compliment any wardrobe!

The products are great - delivery time was completely unrealistic. I had actually forgotten about it.....

The shipment took a while, but I love the sweater. Worth the wait!

The delivery took longer than announced and it was only when I asked that I was made aware of a delay in delivery.

My goods arrived but did not fit. There was no delivery note or free returns label as advertised.
Have emailed many times and sent a registered letter to the London address on the website requesting return label and full refund. Eventually I had a semi illiterate message asking if I would accept another size.. I said no I just wanted to return as they did not fit. Then a message asking if I would accept €18 and keep the garments. I said no they don't fit. Then I hear nothing again. Please don't trust this company and get in a muddle like me.

Took 3 weeks to receive and the sizing was much too small. So far I have sent 4 requests to return two items and nobody is responding. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Buyer beware Very misleading site both on instagram and on their own website! Photos are not what you get and they cover themselves by stating in their return section that color and sizing differences are to be expected not on the actual ordering page! They do not offer free returns. Customer service is nonexistent will not respond via email. The same items are on Amazon so shop there!

Panrila.com - Buyer Beware!!! Panrila.com uses false advertising on their Instagram ads, and on their website. It states in big bold letters that they offer Free Returns within 30 days of purchase. THAT IS NOT THE CASE. I placed an order for 3 items on January 4th. It took over 3 weeks for the items to arrive. Upon arrival, I now need to return 2 of the 3 items. Panrila refuses to accept my return, and has offered me $18 for compensation to keep the order (I paid over $100). This company is not reputable and should be prosecuted for false advertising and not honoring their claim of free returns.

The sweater is very pretty and fits well. It did take longer to arrive than I anticipated.

SCAM ALERT! I spent $41.99 on a blouse that arrived a completely different color shade than represented on the website. After a week of back and forth emails I was offered a $6.00 refund! Stick with Amazon!

Usually when I order off of facebook I wind up disappointed with the quality of the material. This order however was very different! Great quality and I will order from them again.

I received my order well before expected delivery date.

BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! According to their website: "Postal Shipping: 8-15 Business Days, Express Shipping: 7-10 Business Days"
THIS IS NOT TRUE!! It is today February 3, 2025. My order was placed December 3, 2024. Still no product. I did a Google search of this company only to find out that this is true of MANY CUSTOMERS! Should have checked beforehand.

Horrible customer service and super poor quality items

BE AWARE that returns are NOT FREE within 30 days!! They can ONLY be returned if there is a problem with construction. If you want to return items because of size, quality, color...you will be liable for shipping back to Asia. They will NOT reimburse you a full credit. I emailed them a few times about returning items and each time they responded they increased the return amount. Maybe buy 1 item at a time and be patient as items will take a while to arrive (which is fine). Their website is VERY misleading. Just be careful. I wish I knew this before I spent over $500.

Took three weeks to get a sweater from China ( NOT the United States!) and then it was damaged and unwearable. Tried to return it and they refused. After much back and forth I stopped payment on my credit card. Then I got a snotty email telling me to send the piece back to Dubai - and to pay for the shipping. What a joke.

It took a while to get my order and it ran small
