We’re on a mission to fix the broken coffee industry. Due to the traditional complex supply chain, many farmers live in poverty while others profit on the erratic commodity market.
We go straight to some of the world’s best coffee farmers and put out unnecessary middlemen. So we can give those that make the coffee a price that’s truly fair. In 2022, it was, on average, 76% above the Fairtrade base price.
We can avoid the commodity market because all of this coffee is speciality-grade (the very best). Once it’s in the UK, it’s roasted fresh in Surrey just before it’s delivered to you. Because nothing beats freshly roasted coffee.
How does it work?You can buy on a one-off basis from our online store or subscribe & save. Our subscriptions are as flexible as it gets – you can skip, cancel, pause or reschedule at the touch of a button online. And you can have coffee delivered as much as every two days to every two months.
Is it environmentally friendly?Our roastery is carbon-neutral, and we introduced fully recyclable packaging in 2023. We’re also a certified B Corp, which means we’re recognised as using business as a force for good. To read more, have a look at our transparency report.
Do I have to pay for delivery?Claim free delivery when you Subscribe & Save or spend £15. Other orders incur a £2.49 delivery fee.
Is there much choice?We expect to have around 200 coffees from eight different countries on our menu in 2023 – and we’re always looking to work with more farmers.

Excellent
I ordered coffee for the first time , Bourbon Cream espresso. The package arrived on time, well packaged. The coffee is delicious, I can honestly say I have been looking for this coffee for a long time. I use it to make my morning latte and it’s perfect. Full well rounded flavour, slightly nutty, no bitterness.
The introductory offer is good, as luck would have it I’ve found my perfect coffee first order. I’ll be sticking with this in future.

Great customer service
Accidentally ordered coffee to the wrong address, the recipient contacted Pact who in turn reached out to me within a day to confirm that the delivery had been to the wrong address and whether there was an error in their system. The parcel was picked up from a neighbour and all resolved very quickly - the coffee was also excellent! Was easy to update the correct details moving forward, great customer service throughout.

The coffee was not to our taste, contacted pact only after they asked my opinion on the coffee. they didn’t respond positively fobbed me off to a so called customer support team sent them a Email as asked,
No response of course, we just put it down to-experience, yet today we have been billed for some more of the horrid coffee, totally unaware that we had been inadvertently subscribed to pact!
Question to pact, why on earth would anyone purchase more coffee if they didn’t enjoy the first Batch ???? honestly we feel Quite cheated.
our experience was definitely not as one might expect.

I'm sorry to hear you didn't enjoy the original coffee. I've not been able to locate your account from the details on this Trustpilot review, but I'd like to reassure you that we would never cancel a customer's subscription simply because they didn't enjoy one of our coffees. We'd only cancel a plan if a customer explicitly asked us to, or made it clear they no longer wanted further deliveries.
We know taste in coffee is personal, which is exactly why we have our Pact Promise: if you don't enjoy your first coffee, we'll happily swap it for an alternative rather than assume you'd like to cancel altogether. Many of our customers who haven't loved their first bag go on to find a blend or roast that's a much better fit.
I hope this clears things up, and I'm sorry for any frustration caused.

We purchased Decaf Casa Loma Beans to grind and use in a French press and espresso machine. Coffee had a great flavour in both, very clean no bitter after taste. Made lattes, americano and mocha perfect in all.
