We’re on a mission to fix the broken coffee industry. Due to the traditional complex supply chain, many farmers live in poverty while others profit on the erratic commodity market.
We go straight to some of the world’s best coffee farmers and put out unnecessary middlemen. So we can give those that make the coffee a price that’s truly fair. In 2022, it was, on average, 76% above the Fairtrade base price.
We can avoid the commodity market because all of this coffee is speciality-grade (the very best). Once it’s in the UK, it’s roasted fresh in Surrey just before it’s delivered to you. Because nothing beats freshly roasted coffee.
How does it work?You can buy on a one-off basis from our online store or subscribe & save. Our subscriptions are as flexible as it gets – you can skip, cancel, pause or reschedule at the touch of a button online. And you can have coffee delivered as much as every two days to every two months.
Is it environmentally friendly?Our roastery is carbon-neutral, and we introduced fully recyclable packaging in 2023. We’re also a certified B Corp, which means we’re recognised as using business as a force for good. To read more, have a look at our transparency report.
Do I have to pay for delivery?Claim free delivery when you Subscribe & Save or spend £15. Other orders incur a £2.49 delivery fee.
Is there much choice?We expect to have around 200 coffees from eight different countries on our menu in 2023 – and we’re always looking to work with more farmers.

The decaf coffee is gorgeous
The decaf coffee is gorgeous, which is surprisingly rare! It is robust and flavourful, again a rare thing. Delivery is fast and efficient, as is their communication. I’m a very happy customer!

Fast delivery and superb taste
Fast delivery and the taste now we have our machine set up for the beans is fantastic. Much better than the supermarket brands brand we were using. Bourbon biscuit and tutti fruity are the ones we have tried so far and we can't choose between them.

I am sorry to hear you seemed to have difficulties cancelling your plan.
We try and make it as easy as possible for our customers to cancel their plan by either managing their account themselves and cancelling online or contacting us by phone, email, or chat so we can complete this for them.
We also make sure to give 48 hours notice by email before a new order is shipped so customers can complete the above if they do not need the order or would like to cancel their plan before it is shipped and payment is taken.
It looks like your plan is cancelled so there will be no further coffee sent to your or payments taken from your account.

It's brilliant to hear the beans, roasting and freshness are hitting the mark for you – that's the whole point of Pact, really: getting coffee to you as close to its roast date as possible, with nothing lost between crop and cup. And knowing you've made us your everyday coffee, even alongside a specialist Gesha Peru from elsewhere, is a huge compliment. We know that's a discerning palate to win over!

I ordered coffee for the first time , Bourbon Cream espresso. The package arrived on time, well packaged. The coffee is delicious, I can honestly say I have been looking for this coffee for a long time. I use it to make my morning latte and it’s perfect. Full well rounded flavour, slightly nutty, no bitterness.
The introductory offer is good, as luck would have it I’ve found my perfect coffee first order. I’ll be sticking with this in future.

Great customer service
Accidentally ordered coffee to the wrong address, the recipient contacted Pact who in turn reached out to me within a day to confirm that the delivery had been to the wrong address and whether there was an error in their system. The parcel was picked up from a neighbour and all resolved very quickly - the coffee was also excellent! Was easy to update the correct details moving forward, great customer service throughout.
