Om Pact Coffee
Skrevet af virksomheden
We’re on a mission to fix the broken coffee industry. Due to the traditional complex supply chain, many farmers live in poverty while others profit on the erratic commodity market.
We go straight to some of the world’s best coffee farmers and put out unnecessary middlemen. So we can give those that make the coffee a price that’s truly fair. In 2022, it was, on average, 76% above the Fairtrade base price.
We can avoid the commodity market because all of this coffee is speciality-grade (the very best). Once it’s in the UK, it’s roasted fresh in Surrey just before it’s delivered to you. Because nothing beats freshly roasted coffee.
How does it work? You can buy on a one-off basis from our online store or subscribe & save. Our subscriptions are as flexible as it gets – you can skip, cancel, pause or reschedule at the touch of a button online. And you can have coffee delivered as much as every two days to every two months.
Is it environmentally friendly? Our roastery is carbon-neutral, and we introduced fully recyclable packaging in 2023. We’re also a certified B Corp, which means we’re recognised as using business as a force for good. To read more, have a look at our transparency report.
Do I have to pay for delivery?Claim free delivery when you Subscribe & Save or spend £15. Other orders incur a £2.49 delivery fee.
Is there much choice? We expect to have around 200 coffees from eight different countries on our menu in 2023 – and we’re always looking to work with more farmers.

Trying it out for size
We opted for 2 bags of ground coffee for our espresso machine. Both coffees [house and raisin/nut/chocolate] are so smooth and delicious, not overly strong and really satisfying on the palate.

Hi Zafar,
Thank you for taking the time to leave this 5-star review!
It's great to hear you're enjoying our coffee, however, we understand that you have noticed the different in price between our coffee and other roasters.
To explain this price further, the cost per bag of our coffee comes from its specialty-grade quality, the care taken in roasting and processing it, and the care taken by the farmers to produce this fantastic crop! Every bag of coffee delivered to your door goes to ensuring that the coffee growers get a great wage for their work.
We hope that by giving farmers a decent price for their beans, they can be paid their worth and reinvest into their farms and community, and in turn, customers get top quality, delicious tasting coffee.
Wishing you a lovely day, and happy brewing!

I bought a selection box for a friend…
I bought a selection box for a friend of mine for his birthday. The box arrived quickly and the selection of packets inside were nicely arranged and pleasantly packaged, each with a little card describing the flavour notes. Each coffee was ground to the right level for him to use in his cafetiere and he reports that although he has only tried two of them so far, each blend has been smooth and delicious and he would struggle to pick a favourite. My next job is to convince him to share!

I ordered the trial pack and compared…
I ordered the trial pack and compared to my usual coffee beans from Coffeeworks. I found the coffee quite bitter it’s very strong and a decent coffee. It’s just not for me. I prefer a more mellow light roast with hints of vanilla, chocolate and toffee.
