We’re on a mission to fix the broken coffee industry. Due to the traditional complex supply chain, many farmers live in poverty while others profit on the erratic commodity market.
We go straight to some of the world’s best coffee farmers and put out unnecessary middlemen. So we can give those that make the coffee a price that’s truly fair. In 2022, it was, on average, 76% above the Fairtrade base price.
We can avoid the commodity market because all of this coffee is speciality-grade (the very best). Once it’s in the UK, it’s roasted fresh in Surrey just before it’s delivered to you. Because nothing beats freshly roasted coffee.
How does it work?You can buy on a one-off basis from our online store or subscribe & save. Our subscriptions are as flexible as it gets – you can skip, cancel, pause or reschedule at the touch of a button online. And you can have coffee delivered as much as every two days to every two months.
Is it environmentally friendly?Our roastery is carbon-neutral, and we introduced fully recyclable packaging in 2023. We’re also a certified B Corp, which means we’re recognised as using business as a force for good. To read more, have a look at our transparency report.
Do I have to pay for delivery?Claim free delivery when you Subscribe & Save or spend £15. Other orders incur a £2.49 delivery fee.
Is there much choice?We expect to have around 200 coffees from eight different countries on our menu in 2023 – and we’re always looking to work with more farmers.

Please bring back Decaf El Rubi
I've been drinking decaf for a while now, and El Rubi is easily the finest I've come across. It had all the depth and flavour I'd expect from a proper cup of coffee, and I genuinely couldn't tell it was decaf. It quickly became the one I looked forward to every morning.
I was really disappointed to see it disappear from the range. The other decafs are fine, but none of them come close to what El Rubi offered, and I've been missing it ever since.
Pact, if there's any chance of sourcing it again, I'd be grateful if you'd please consider bringing it back. I'd happily reorder it straight away, and I'm sure I'm not the only customer who feels this way.

Unexpected delivery and Unresolved Cancellation Issue
Once again, despite contacting your customer service team in August to cancel my subscription and being explicitly told that I had no active subscription remaining, I received another unexpected order today.
And just like last time, when I requested a password reset today so I could access my account, the reset email never arrived, leaving me unable to log in. To be clear, I checked my junk folder, and the email is not there.
I please provide me with a prepaid return shipping label and a full refund for this unwanted order.
Once this matter has been resolved, please close my account and confirm this is done as I still can't access my account due to never getting the password reset email.
I am extremely disappointed that, despite having already addressed this with your customer service team, I am still having to deal with unexpected deliveries and unresolved account access issues. I expect this to be resolved promptly and without any further inconvenience.

The Bourbon Cream Espresso tastes…
The Bourbon Cream Espresso tastes better to me than Brazillian Love Affair from 200 degrees and the Darkish roast and House roast from Exhale, though I would quite happily drink all of them.

I’ve used pact for over a decade
I’ve used pact for over a decade. Their coffee is superb and their sourcing model something to be proud of. Their specials are immense.
So maybe you’ve got other coffee you enjoy? What sets them apart? What prompted me to write a review? Because I’ve realised I’ve been taking their customer service for granted. I’ve had a few subscriptions from other suppliers recently where they’ve sent me a note to telling me it’s renewed and they’ve sent stuff I don’t need yet. Pact don’t do this, they send an advice and make it easy to delay or to access your account and cancel/pause/set a new frequency.
This is the mark of someone who wants to build real customer relationships.
