Oxford Biolab products are great, but I keep getting notified that I have all these points I have earned after more than 10 years of subscription, and that I should put them to good use. Would love to! but it doesnt seem to be possible :(

Although I entered my address correctly, my cargo went to another address, the products are good, but the cargo shipment is a complete disaster. I waited for the package to reach me for exactly 1 month.

I really appreciate being able to adjust the shipping date of my quarterly subscription. It's convenient when I'm going on vacation. The TRX hair pills keep my hair in good condition. I've tried other brands, but they didn't work as well as this one.

I’ve been taking TRX tablets for just under 6 months and I think I can see hair growth and my hair seems fuller, at least that’s what people tell me. I will continue with the tablets for the foreseeable future ( and for as long incan afiford it, although it’s not that expensive.

My hair is growing beter and more, hair are stronger snd fuller eventhou I m not wealth and it is not easy but it is really worth it and needed in my case.

Given that I am upset about the situation, I would still like to speak out. I am dissatisfied with the work of not all, but some of the warehouse and delivery services in the company. So, I want to say that I have a manager Umair in the company, I have been working with him since the clinic in Ukraine. He always helps me with orders for my clients abroad. He is an excellent and erudite person, very interesting, always able to maintain an interesting conversation, both work and personal. He prompts me with all the new developments in marketing and helps me with working with the company's products. Our communication is comfortable, he always tries to resolve any situation.

The last incident with delivery upset me very much, but my manager assured me that he will fully control the situation and help me to solve the problem, will deliver the goods to me and resolve the incident. I realize that being in Ukraine, in a country with non-ideal (because of the war) internet and a difficult situation, he cannot morally control the work of another office in a completely different country, but even so, he helps me in many ways. For that I thank him very much. I really hope that we will resolve the situation as soon as possible and I will stop being constantly distracted from treatment, from sick leave to solve work problems.
