Received damaged merch, owner lied about sending a replacement
tldr: I received a damaged lid, the owner told me he had shipped a new lid, I never received one. I escalated to PayPal due to the delays and lack of response to emails, and the owner offered me only a refund, which seems strange if he had shipped a lid.
I ordered a mug + lid. The lid arrived damaged in a box without enough padding. I contacted Ownaj support and received an initial response quickly, saying a new lid would be sent.
I didn't receive any further update after a few days, so I emailed several times over 12 days and finally received a response. Customer service (the owner) said they would ship a new lid and provided a USPS tracking #.
9 days later the tracking was still 'USPS awaiting item'. I emailed the owner and didn't receive a response after 2 days, and so I filed a dispute with PayPal since I just wanted the issue resolved. The owner then claimed he had shipped a replacement lid but did not provide a tracking #. I moved the case forward with PayPal and the owner offered me only a refund. I have not received a lid and I believe he was lying about shipping one.

I had a little problem with an international delivery and my order was lost somewhere between shipping and arrival. I contacted the store by email and the owner responded very quickly and was so polite and helpful, a lot different from most of online stores, and solved my problem. I definitely recommend buying from this store

Great customer service! Had an item arrive broken on delivery and told them about it. Got a replacement sent out across the ocean very quickly and in perfect condition. They're great! Will continue to shop here in the future too 🙂
COVID mixup and immediate fix
I ordered a shirt around the time COVID really kicked off. My order didn’t show up for a bit, so I reached out again to verify again that I did in fact order it, and they told me there was a shipping issue. Upon that email, I received the shirt 2 days later. Excellent customer service experience and an overall good and friendly customer support.
What happened when my order went missing...
I love aDrive and was excited to see his new merch line Team Shiny through Ownaj. However, upon receiving my order, one of the items was missing. This was a huge bummer and of course I messaged customer support about it. Now many people have had the experience of dealing with customer support when ordering online and things going awry when you don't get an answer back from the company or they can't refund or replace items when delivery is confirmed, etc. Not only did Ownaj respond fairly quick, they also listened to what I had to say, apologized sincerely for the inconvenience, and immediately sent out a replacement. They didn't hound me thinking I was lying or trying to just get free product (which I wasnt). It was an incredibly polite and professional conversation, and even felt like I was talking to a friend and not some automated bot.
I would highly recommend Ownaj, especially if you're supporting a content creator you enjoy, or if you are a content creator trying to find a place to start producing merch for your supporters. It's not often you can find a place that cares so much for their customers, their sellers, and maintaining a positive reputation for those sellers that try hard to please their fan base and supporters. Truly a faith restored.
I had ordered some vinesauce…
I had ordered some vinesauce merchandise and two of the special mugs that came out for it. One of them (the normal one) came perfectly fine but unfortunately the dark shroom was broken on the lid on the inside likely due to transit. Jake, whom i spoke with, was very kind, communicative and helpful in sending me a new one! Fast shipping and great service. Definitely recommend :)

Best company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is on point, and I don't recall ever getting an automated message. Their products are top quality and last almost forever. I've bought several products from them and will continue to do so, so long as my favorite streamer is associated with them. Won't ever expect anything but the best from Ownaj on all fronts.
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Responded to my question within hours of sending, with an eta on the arrival of my items in question. They do separate items within an order, so I have received them in seperate packages but still with no issues as of yet. I have made multiple purchases for items and will continue to do so due to my positive experiences.

Absolutely great customer service! I ordered 3 plushis from pelo and one arrived without an arm so they sent me a new one. And very friendly and fast responses to all my emails. I was quite skeptical since I ordered from overseas but they were very kind and informative and helped me throughout the whole procedure! Big ups to pelo and ownaj! :)
