I would give them 0 stars if possible

I would give them 0 stars if possible. This is a SCAM. Don’t order from this site. They are smart saying it’s a “preorder and your order will ship in 2 or 3 months” and you patiently wait for it. I ordered several items October 2021. They sent another message on April saying will ship soon today is June 5th 2022 and no package and no money back and I can’t dispute this with my bank because is more than 3 months. Don’t waste your money. Don’t order from them. I will be updating…
Well this is my update (June 27)
The very next day I did the previous review I received a message that said that they shipped my order and gave me a tracking number. It finally arrived this Friday. The plushies are very good quality and huge. My son liked them. But the communication with this company is terrible they really make me think they will steal my money. I’m glad they didn’t and I will say thank you but I will change my 1 o 3 stars because the lack of communication and the very long wait for the package (8 months)

I would give negative stars if I could

I would give negative stars if I could. My son has been asking for months about where his plushies are. We did the preorder in October 2021 as well. No response whatsoever. I have sent multiple emails and no response. SCAM. I wish I would have looked up this company before giving my money. I too received an email that plushies were shipped but it just shows the label printing and nothing else. Now I have to break it to my son that this company scammed us.

Absolute trash company

Absolute trash company. Pre-ordered Skid and Pump plushies and tee shirt in October. Said would ship for Christmas. Company uses excuse of shipping delays due to Covid. Attempted to email and contact directly though their website. Never once did I get a response. I finally reach out via insta and they tell me my items have shipped. They supplied me with a tracking number on May 10th and it still shows label created and has never moved as of today, May 31. I attempted a PayPal dispute but over the time period unfortunately. They are now ignoring and deleting my comments on Instagram. Buyer beware! My child is devastated and asks constantly where her order is. Hope everyone involved in this company feels really good about taking people's hard earned money and disappointing children. Trash.

Worst experience ever!

I preordered since last November a plush that was supposed to ship in February, it didn't ship until the first week of April without any notification of delay.
It's now the end of May and I've stopped getting shipping tracking notifications and the company hasn't replied to any mail or message I've sent.
AVOID!

SELLER IS A SCAMMER…

Pre-ordered two plush figures last year for my daughter. Supposedly they shipped a month ago. They never arrived!! We initiated a lost package search through the post office two weeks ago, with no results. The seller stopped responding to our emails asking for help. No offer to refund or replace. PayPal denied refund, since the payment was over 180 days ago. So we are now out $70, and my autistic daughter is still holding onto hope that they might arrive. I have no expectation that they will arrive.
I spoke to an employee at my local post office, who looked into this for me. He told me that from what he can tell, it looks like the items never even shipped. With that information, and the seller completely ignoring our requests, I can only say that this is a SCAM. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS SELLER!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Waited months and months beyond the expected day for a preorder, then it got lost in the mail. Company won't respond to any communication. STAY AWAY!

Ownaj has some of the most amazing…

Ownaj has some of the most amazing plush. I've gotten a few over time and I have loved every one of them. They even helped me a few times when issues arose. Like with getting a replacement when the one I had gotten wasn't made right. Or when the one set of plushes that had gotten lost in transit, they were able to send a replacement set! Super grateful for their help, definitely going to keep buying from them in the future

I ordered a shirt in Nov 2021 and it hasn't arrived yet

I ordered a shirt in Nov 2021, they delayed the shipping because of covid, i trusted and waited the necessary time. Once they started shipping merchandise again, mine still took long to start shipping (February 18).

Since I live in another country I asked if they could send it by DHL, and so they did at first, but once the package arrived to my country they changed the delivery company.

I told them specifically to send it by DHL and PAID for it, but they didn't even respect that decision and did whatever they wanted.

I asked for the new tracking number since they changed delivery services, but they never gave it, because "they don't know it"
Now i cannot track my delivery because i don't have the number and because the tracking from ownaj stops once the package enters my country.

I'm not even sure if the package will arrive since the delivery service they changed to is not trustable (they can steal your packages, that's why I asked specifically to send it by DHL).

We emailed them so we could get an explanation of this, of why they changed the delivery service IF WE PAID for certain service. They only said to wait 6 weeks after the package arrives to the country i live in (mine arrived to my country around March 20th), but didn't say anything about the delivery companies issue, wich gets me mad because i paid money for it to be a certain company.

I'll update this in two weeks after the waiting time they said ends.

Horrible experience; scam artists.

Horrible experience. Pre-ordered a plush set back in Sept of 2021, that was originally supposed to be shipped late Oct/early Nov. Instead its now mid April and all that I've received is excuses. Response to inquiries and emails were sluggish at best, but the moment I finally asked for a refund they stopped responding at all. I no longer expect to receive anything from this company, and instead be warned that they are likely to scam you and steal your money.

I pre-ordered the bear and panda…

I pre-ordered the bear and panda plushies in 2021. Supply chain and shipping logistics have been a nightmare with COVID, but whenever I reached out via email, I was able to get updates. Sure, sometimes I had to reach out a couple of times, but I can only imagine how busy and chaotic things are on the other end. The first package got lost, and the delivery date for the replacement got pushed back, but I got the plushies in the end and they are much cuter than a lot of the alternatives I've seen out there! 100% worth it and worth the wait, just have patience! I've had packages from bigger companies "get lost" and they didn't care, but Jake at Ownaj made sure we got our plushies!

Haven't received my plush

**[EDIT 3] June 7th: The plush has finally arrived!! It looks lovely and my brother (whose the gift was for) loved the surprise. I'm glad we got the product (not a refund) in the end. I really wanted this to work out and I'm happy Ownaj replied to my messages quickly and was supportive!
I'm updating this review to 4 stars now because the product arrived and Ownaj replied to all of my messages on the same day. I contacted them multiple times and yet they were always kind and willing to help me. Thank you so much!!
(Now I'm looking forward to my Tiny Bride plush and everything has been going smoothly so far!)

[EDIT 2] March 23rd: Since I still had no tracking number, I contacted Ownaj again through Twitter. I politely asked them if they had a date for sending the product, or if they had shipped the order already (because I still hadn't received any email or text updates). They have replied me on the same day saying they'd get the replacement sent to me and to check my inbox - the email was there on the exact same minute, and I finally got the tracking number! I'm actually feeling great about this, and now I feel Ownaj have given me the customer support and care I needed to relax about this. Even though I had to contact them once more, they solved it pretty quick so it was a satisfying experience. Giving another star to this review - will update if all goes well and the product arrives!

[EDIT] March 9th: They have replied to my first tweet and offered me a refund or a replacement (they said my order has probably been lost since it's been too long). I chose the replacement, will keep this review updated and put a better score if all goes well.

I ordered a Flork plush back in October/2021 and they were originally said to be shipped around mid-December. I was checking their socials often and realized it was going to be delayed as many others had the same problem. It was okay though, and I didn't stress with it.

On February 1st, I saw their update posts and didn't find anybody else asking about the same plush I got. So I decided to contact Ownaj through Instagram dms, asking if there was an estimated date for the plush to be sent. They answered on the same day, few hours later saying they were sorry for the delay and would get it shipped to me.
Even though they didn't give me an estimated date, I was satisfied with their reply, thanked them and waited. I checked my order from time to time and it was still labeled as "Your order is confirmed", which made me worried.

On February 28th, I went to their website and saw they had updated the pre-order status of the Flork plush - saying they were sent to customers. But my order was still "confirmed" and I never got a tracking number. I messaged them on Instagram dms again, asking about it and that I didn't have a tracking number yet.

Some days went by, I never got a reply on Instagram. I checked their posts and they didn't seem to be active on Instagram anymore, so I decided to try Twitter - there were constant messages and replies from Ownaj almost everyday.

On March 4th I wrote as a reply to their tweet about Flork plushies, with the exact same message I sent on Instagram.
What frustrated me the most, is that I saw they were replying people who had messaged them even after me, I felt like they were deliberate ignoring me.

I tried again, on a new Twitter account because this plush was a surprise gift to a relative who follows my main account and I didn't want my complaint to appear on their timeline and spoil the surprise. They know I got a gift for them back in October and that it could take a while to arrive, I just didn't tell them what it is - although I suspect they know, since we both love Flork comics very much.
This time I didn't reply to any of Ownaj's posts, just a normal tweet and tagged them on it. With a different message, I told them about the pre-order status on their website, how I didn't get a tracking number yet and that on Feb 1st we talked and they said about getting it shipped for me.

They are still replying other people, but my message has been ignored, it seems. I'm actually /very/ patient, I understand how covid delayed many things and that they were working on all the orders and doing their best to reply everyone. I was fine until now, I feel like something went wrong with my order. I just wanted to know what happened and if I still have a chance to receive the plush - I keep checking their socials trying to find somebody else who has a problem regarding the Flork plush, but it's getting rare. Makes me think everybody received it, except me.
I'm sad that I might be left without any plush and in the best case scenario I'll just get a refund.

Flork announced a new plush a while ago that I was excited to get as well, but my first experience with Ownaj being this frustrating, it will be my last.

Never/still haven’t received the product

Never received the product

I paid for a preorder august 2021. They were to sent out in November. They replied the first time around I asked about it late November - saying it was a preorder for November (which I knew and asked for more specific date but didn’t get it), but then the second time I wrote them in December, they said the order would be updated and shipped out, when they got it - with no apology or explanation.

From other people who also bought the same I read they had updated shipping to January on the page and that the company weren’t replying to their emails. (This was on Instagram in the comments of a certain digital artists).

I wrote them again in late February pleading for them to at least respond and explain, but they haven’t, and for this whole time my order just says the same. No updates. No refunds. No emails.

I’m so sad I put my trust and money in this company. It was made as a cooperation with a digital artist and this person has not responded to the many comments from people either explaining what’s going on.

I think we are all prepared to meet a company with kindness and patience during Covid and war times, but a reply and explanation would go along way.

Don’t spend money you can’t afford to lose and don’t get your hopes up that the product will ever arrive!

21 March update:

So the company emailed me back and apologised. They soon after received and sent out the plushies. They arrived but was wrong, because a flaw in production. I am now awaiting new ones but obviously free of charge! I will update again when the new ones arrive! (I was offered a refund - for good measures I will let you guys know that)
Update: I did receive the plush eventually

I pre order some plushies and a shirt for my son in oct 2021 as of now i have not received item we are in march and when i purchase item it said it will ship in january i have contact them through email since there is no number to call i have not heard from them at all no updates and no emails have been send to me. I was a little unsure about purchasing from this website but my son really wanted this . If i dont hear from them i will dispute this with my bank and get my money back.

Order was placed several months ago

Order was placed several months ago, I get an email saying it was being sent on the 9th of january, after a month the status was not updated, contacted them on the 8th of febuary and received response about a week into March, they are going to send out a replacment for the stuff they still have instock, waiting to hear back from my reply to their response, and confirmation of shipping.

Update (2/3 Months Later):
Never got confirmation of shipping but my order did arrive, One of the plushies was missing but I was told I would probably need to get a refund due to not having stock of one of them anymore, which i've yet to receive and will follow up on, One of the Plushies was the wrong colour variation, and The 3rd Plushie was the one that I really cared about getting, will contact again about refund for the missing and wrong plushie.

I don't think there's many support staff so I dont begrudge long wait time for response, both times I was responded to by the owner who was very helpful.

Further Update (2 Months Later):
Still not had a response about the wrong item being sent or the refund for the missing item, it is now coming up on a year since the initial order was placed.

A day or two, that's all.

Hmmm, I received a shipping notice for my package on 2/11 and it hasn't been updated in 2 weeks. I contacted them on 2/25 and they said it was lost in transit and they would send me a replacement!
But no matter how many times I contacted them, they just said to wait a day or two.
This may be due to the fact that I live far away in a foreign country, but the customer service is just too bad
Please send me a replacement as soon as possible
