Poor show!!
We pre-ordered several 'haloween' shirts my son was eager to have. Haloween passed while the site kept indicating the order was being processed. So after a while we forgot about it.
With haloween coming up a year later, we checked the site again. The order was still being processed. Therefore we contacted Ownaj to cancel te order and ask for a refund. With the cancellation we mentioned that my son had grown considerably and would not fit the shirt anymore.
Ownaj ignored our request, send the shirts. Several mails asking for a refund with explanation were ignored completely.
So after more than a year since the order we received the shirts. A poor show!
We can not recommended this company. Lessons learned, we will not order any products from Ownaj again.
Great experience
The Pump and Skid plushies are adorable! The customer service is kind, helpful, accommodating and quick. Highly recommend.
Took them a year to ship my items
I ordered two of each of the Skid and Pump plushies when they were on preorder (about a year ago) and just received them. I emailed Ownaj multiple times because other people were getting theirs but I hadn't gotten mine. Many of my emails were ignored. When they finally did ship my items it was the wrong ones. I received the mini plushies instead of the regular sized ones, which was about a $50 price difference for the amount that I ordered. When I contacted them about this, they said they could only refund me $40. The plushies were not good quality, One's head had holes in it and another one's head wasn't sewn on right. Will never be ordering from here again.
Extremely Kind Company Saves My Lost Plushies
I recently checked in on the status of my Skid and Pump plushies since it has been almost a year since I have ordered them. It turns out they got lost in shipping, but Ownaj replied to my email the same day, immediately replaced the plushies free of charge, and I received the new ones in 2 weeks. Their customer service was the nicest I've ever encountered in a company. I've already ordered a few plushies from them, but I will definitely continue after this experience :)
Pre ordered Bear and Panda Plush
Pre ordered Bear and Panda Plush - Brown on 14 june 2021 but have not recieved it. Email and asked on instagram. They ask for my order number and then ghosted me afterwards.
Delayed Arrival
Update: The website owner emailed me back on December 22nd with a new tracking number and I received my order 2 weeks later.
I placed an order back in January 2022. I didn't get a shipping notification until a month later and I hadn't heard anything about it since. The items I ordered were already in stock, so it's not like I'm waiting on a preorder. The USPS tracker said the shipping label was created and that they were awaiting the package, but it never got updated.
When I emailed Ownaj, I didn't get a reply. But, when I dm'ed them on Twitter back in August, they said they'll send me a new order. I then asked if I'd get a new tracking number, but got no reply. Months later, still no sign of my items.
Items Missing from Order and Email Ignored
I ordered a set of plushes and a set of ornaments in 2021, but when they were finally shipped this year the ornaments were not included.
My emails about the missing ornaments were ignored and I will not be ordering from them again.
Excellent Customer service with shipping problems
I ordered a Neon light from them and it came broken so I emailed the help email and the Ownaj employee replied and helped me with my issue they issued a replacement order for me and I got my replacement with no issues. The Ownaj Employee was very understanding of my situation, helpful, and had great communication with me the customer. Ownaj has excellent customer service highly recommend asking for help with shipping problems or issues
International Shipping is Not Good
Do not buy here if your planning to ship internationally.
In februari this year I ordered the Nilah plush. Till this day, I yet have to recieve that item. It has all been payed for and processed.
Due to the lack of communication skills in the support staff or the staff responsible for personal messages on Twitter, I have passed the point ot being eligible for a refund. I suspect this is deliberate.
I've been trying to contact Ownaj again but I fear I lost about 40 dollars to luke warm air.
Needles to say I'm disappointed and frustrated by this situation.
I would not buy here nor would I recommend buying anything from Ownaj.

Ownaj is a front for plain daylight robbery.
I have no idea how this company can continue to operate lawfully. I ordered a plush in September at the request of my 9-year-old son. I had to chase it up approximately two weeks into the process when it was evident that nothing was progressing with the order. Someone at least responded and in the next 24 hours, I was given a tracking number for the shipment. That was on Sep 27. Three days ago I checked the tracking and USPS reported that it was still awaiting the item. It appears that Ownaj created the shipping label but never shipped the order. Reading other reviews here indicates this is almost standard practice. Now they won't respond to multiple (polite) messages via, Instagram, Twitter, or email. I hope that the owners at Ownaj read this. They've just disappointed yet another child - he's also special needs - and enraged another parent who must now attempt to reclaim their money.

A YouTuber I love was selling a Figure I wanted through these guys. I Pre-Ordered it and waited until the estimated time. Once it went a Month over, I sent an Email to the Support to see if anything happened to my order. They were really nice, responded quick, and let me know the time it would be Shipping. I got the Figure and it’s fantastic! Absolutely love it and thankful for the Support for letting me know, definitely didn’t want to miss it or anything.

Honestly deserves less than a star…
Honestly deserves less than a star because not only do items not arrive, they do not respond to any emails whatsoever. I ordered something and they said it would ship by April. There was a shipping label created for it in June, but the item never shipped! USPS never even received the item. I’ve checked the tracking for over two months and it still says USPS never received the item. There might’ve been some leeway if they actually answered emails, but they did not. They also made no announcement of any sort to explain why things are never shipped. I understand if some things went wrong or there had to be a delay, but it’s unacceptable to not respond to emails or attempt to contact your customers. If you ask them on social media why they never responded to your emails, they’ll deny ever receiving your email. I highly do not recommend ever buying from them.
Still waiting for Christmas present for 2021
I ordered plushies (Bradley and Garlie) to be a Christmas present in 2021. It’s end of July and they still haven’t arrived. Ownaj makes zero effort in communicating with customers. The first lot that only some people received had a design error. A remade version was supposed to be shipped out in June. At the time of writing this review (end of July) their website still states that the plushies are expected to ship in June. If you have a look at their Instagram comments under the photo of the mushroom and garlic plushie you’ll see how many customers are frustrated with this complete lack of communication and silence. Ownaj seems like a legit company but everything about my order has been super shady and I will not be purchasing from here again.
I understand issues during covid and design errors but the lack of accountability and communication has turned me off this company completely.
Great quality products
Great quality products. Had to wait a bit, but that was just because of my location, and because it was a pre-order. They forgot a bonus item, but offered to send me one. Great support team! They even gave me a discount for my next purchase. Would buy from again!

We ordered the Skid and pump plush toys in November last year for my son's Christmas. Well they never got sent out, kept emailing to find out where it is and they just kept saying it was delayed but would be sent out soon. 7 months later still nothing. They gave a bogus tracking number. They don't respond to emails anymore. I will be looking into how to make a complaint about this business because they are scamming people.

Avoid this company for sure - I paid $70 for two plushies for my son back in October when the site said it would be about a week before shipping. Then in December, I was told that they’d be shipping after Christmas or in January. I didn’t get a shipping notice until April, and now it’s June and the tracking information they provided still says “shipping label printed, USPS awaiting item” two months later. Zero response after multiple emails to customer support and attempts to contact on Twitter.
Now it’s almost 9 months after my initial order. I’m out $70, I don’t have the plushies that I ordered, and all attempts to contact the company are being completely ignored. Do not purchase anything from them.

Thank you for sending the plushie! My nephew was beyond ecstatic when he saw the delivery on the front porch!! In his own 11yr old vocabulary “epic” hah. The size and quality were also better than what I was expecting 🥳. It did take a little bit to received but I do recall seeing a notice on the site during my purchase and the wait was worth his happiness!!
Scam through and through
Similar to others, I'd give a negative amount of stars if I could. This company is garbage. We ordered plushies in Sept of 21. After months of being ignored via email and constantly seeing IG posts saying "it'll ship in 2 weeks" we finally got the products in March, 4 months after the initial delivery date. The plushies we got were ugly and looked nothing like what we ordered and now it's been 10 weeks since they said they would send the correct ones and we still aren't getting responses. Please don't order from them, it's not worth it.
