Horrible customer service

You guys are full of s*&t! I've already contacted your customer service (which is why the title of this review is "horrible customer service"), and you offered me 20 bucks back on a $125 order, and I get to keep the product you sent me that doesn't fit! You offered to "re-make" the item but didn't offer to increase the sizes, like I asked. Why would anyone believe you? Hey, great, little people that fit in your crap sizes are lucky, but if somebody is above average, we're just SOL! Go to hell! (end Edit)
Horrible customer service. Their sizing is WAY off (too small), and they will not offer a refund! I tried it, knowing the sizing is almost always too small in cycling gear, but they will NOT offer a refund, and they won't remake the item because it's the top of their sizes. I wouldn't trust the sizing, regardless.

Well made clothing with great styles
Well made clothing with great styles. Our items arrived timely and are very comfortable for cycling or just hanging out. Women's sizes run a little small, however, if you are large chested!

Correct sizing
Correct sizing. I was pleased to see that I had ordered the correct size - one never knows anymore. The top is adorable and fits well. The padded bike shorts were a good price compared to everyone else on the 'net. Shipping takes a little longer than expected. I believe the tops must be a print-when-ordered product, and they ship internationally.

Customer Service Effective. Fabric Weight & Sizing Off.
Sizing was off as in my garment was larger than expected. I mountain bike, so I'm accustomed to loose fitting garments.
I found their customer service a bit cumbersome but ultimately effective. I liked that. Return policy is very far from Amazon's practice.
Their garments are made to order, ie they don't have a warehouse. Hong Kong, I think. So it takes a while to receive an order.
I don't care for the material, but their design and construction was as expected. The fabric was ok, but it is a heavier weight material than I'm accustomed to with Club Ride jerseys. Can't comment on durability. Based on my experience, once was enough.
