Incorrect words
The adult shirt was supposed to say Caffeine & Chaos and the children’s shirts were just supposed to say Chaos. All three had Caffeine & Chaos. When setting up the order there was no way to differentiate which shirt said what and I was hoping they would see the child sizes and word it appropriately.

We’re sorry the shirt text didn’t turn out as you’d hoped. Our design system currently prints the same selected phrase across all items in an order, regardless of size, and doesn’t automatically adjust wording for adult vs. kids’ styles. We realize that wasn’t clear during checkout, and we’re looking into ways to make customization options more intuitive moving forward.
That said, we’d still love to make this right for you. If you’re open to it, please send us a message with your order number—we’d be happy to help however we can.

Our printed and graphic apparel needs gentle care to protect the print and fabric from shrinking or peeling, so tumble drying is not recommended. It’s best to air dry to keep the item cute, soft and in perfect shape for longer.
