Poor fit and quality and no customer service
I ordered a few mens t-shirts and 1 women's t-shirt. The woman's crop top is HUGE and extremely wide. The men's shirts go really high on the throat, it's a weird fit. I have emailed them twice and I get no response about how to return them. There is no info or way to return an item on the website and they don't respond to email. Overall, you get what you pay for and I wouldn't order from them again.

Love the product - the fit is a bit tight for size.
I love the product, colour and style. I ordered two gravel shirts and two zippered shorts, all in XL (my regular size) The shorts were quite tight on the waist. The shirts fit great, until I got on my bike and leaned forward. They were very tight under the arms. I ended up ordering XXL shirts and hope they fit well. I gave the others to my son and he loves them. (He's usually a size L.
Love the product, but I think they fit smaller than "true to size".

The cutest cycling apparel
Absolutely love my sweatshirt and two gravel shirts from Orion. They are some of the comfiest and most stylish clothes I own. The t-shirts are lightweight and stretchy and the sweater is thick for cooler temps. Bonus is that it even has pockets!

I had issues with sizing
I had issues with sizing. When I contacted Orionride they got back to me in a timely manor. We had correspondence over a couple of day. We then came up with a sollution for my problem. Horrible customer service

You guys are full of s*&t! I've already contacted your customer service (which is why the title of this review is "horrible customer service"), and you offered me 20 bucks back on a $125 order, and I get to keep the product you sent me that doesn't fit! You offered to "re-make" the item but didn't offer to increase the sizes, like I asked. Why would anyone believe you? Hey, great, little people that fit in your crap sizes are lucky, but if somebody is above average, we're just SOL! Go to hell! (end Edit)
Horrible customer service. Their sizing is WAY off (too small), and they will not offer a refund! I tried it, knowing the sizing is almost always too small in cycling gear, but they will NOT offer a refund, and they won't remake the item because it's the top of their sizes. I wouldn't trust the sizing, regardless.
