Ernesto was beyond helpful, I had missed my flight in Sydney as my flight from cairns was delayed, he calmed me down and helped me to proceed to book another ticket as I have to go home to Ireland for an emergency, I couldn’t have asked for help at a better time, I am so grateful for the assistance and caring attitude as I hadn’t received any assistance from my prior booking agency, trip.com, as there is no option to even speak to a human over the phone, I would not have been able to complete booking for this trip without the help of Ernesto and orient vacations. We had a really difficult time finding suitable flights for the end of December, as most of the flights were already sold out. Ned from Orent Vacations was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to find us the best available option.
