Helpful customer service
The flight I originally booked was then not available so i had to change which was a bit inconvenient, but I was given options and free seat selection. Kia was great today arranging my seats as the option had not been added to my booking.

SCAM SCAM SCAM Don't fall to that
I was about to submit a purchase, went to Trustpilot to read reviews, gave up because of the many reviews about a SCAM from this company where they call you saying the flight didn't went through -- then gave up and didn't submit any payments and GUESS WHAT? They called me!!! He introduced himself as "Ben Smith" (with an Indian accent so strong I could see his head moves from here haha) ... he wanted to push the sell, I asked him who had given them the approval to call me? He said I have filled that in their website, when I asked if that had given them any authority to do that and where their private policy he began stuttering and could not answer. I told him "I'M NOT YOUR CUSTOMER DON'T CALL ME" and he continued to insist on the sale... I just hang up and blocked 03 7066 3144 (this number is even flagged as Suspected Spam automatically!)

Very disappointing service
Very disappointing service. I specifically requested a wheelchair for my parents and was told that it had been booked, but when they arrived, no wheelchair was provided. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience for them.
On top of that, the tickets were printed with 30 kg of luggage allowance even though we had only 25 kg, and we were made to pay extra because of this issue.
I expect better communication and service, especially when it involves elderly passengers requiring wheelchair assistance. Please look into this matter and provide an explanation and appropriate resolution.
