Price changed and flights no longer…
Price changed and flights no longer available when I went to book but actually went lower. I did then have someone call me as I was trying to finalise the booking on the cheaper flights asking why I cancelled the other one - he had trouble understanding that it was their website that had done it. I then had to call them to get my e-tickets. Then when I got my tickets and tried to log into the airline to update my FF number - the contact details to get the one time pin were all the third parties. I took 2 days and multiple calls for the email to be updated and I then had to update the phone number myself with the airline - it was just easier at that point ....

Flight waiting due to overbooking
I was very close to being stood down from the first leg leaving brisbane due to seats being overbooked, when I finally boarded to a middle seat and not the seat i had paid extra for ? Very disappointing and stressful start to my trip.

Regarding the modifications to your flight, please be advised that flight overbooking and seat changes are solely the airline's decision and are completely beyond our control. Airlines manage their own inventory and seat assignments dynamically and unfortunately, we cannot override their operational choices.

Great experience overall
I made a silly mistake putting in the wrong CVV but they gave me a call straight after and Ben assisted me with booking confirmation and processing payment. After paying, I got an E ticket sent just hours after the call. Checked the booking reference against the airline website and is legit ticket. Would definitely come back for their service again!

Scionn provided excellent customer service
Scionn from reservations department was very patient and explained the whole process to us. Handled our booking very efficiently and assisted with our concerns with PayID. He deserved some praises as he solved our queries over these two days. He personally made sure we were attended to and our booking was confirmed.
