Had another long unhelpful call
Had another long unhelpful call with Opus again. The customer service is terrible. They are so unhelpful and almost called me a liar on the phone. The speed and range of the broadband provided is not even close to what was sold. It constantly drops out and has to be reset.

Excellent service and team.
Andy and Scotty visited our property today to installed new devices. They were brilliant and really helpful throughout process. Broadband speeds are excellent all around the house. Recommended!

Ok, if you you are already prepared
I am writing this review after using their services for more than 15 months.
Good Things-
1. Competitive price and joining deals
2. Quick installation
3. >100 mbps internet > 80% of the time. (but not always)
4. Good customer service- every time I call them or email them, they reply soon and will try to do something.
Cons:
1. BE PREPARED- The speed drops to a very low speed or completely no internet at least once a week. This could happen at any time, whether in the mornings, evenings, or nights, on rainy or sunny days - actually, there is no pattern. So be prepared to be disappointed when you attend an online meeting or watch a movie. In the early days, I used to call them frequently, and then I realised that even the customer service assistants were helpless. Now I send an email every time there is no internet or a very slow connection. And use my mobile internet as a backup.
2. No filters for adult content

I joined opus when I moved into my bungalow in February as I thought it was a great deal how wrong was I, constantly dropping the signal and not getting the 100mb I'm supposed to get phoned them asking for an engineer to come to resolve the problem told that they need to take 24-48 hour to look into it at their end before a engineer would go the the local signal mast, not even told if an engineer would be coming to my address, asked if i could leave my contract earl due to lack of service they informed me that i could if i pay a £300 early termination fee and a £50 Admin fee I am not able to go out due to having COPD and I am also over 70 years old so only get a state pension, due to my health all i am able to do is watch TV but cant do that because i have No internet for my sky stream. I would recommend sticking with the bigger more well known internet providers even though it might cost mor your paying for the better customer service recently found out that they are operating under 2 name on opus broadband and the other is 6G internet i joined opus and when i spoke to customer service they answered the phone with "Hello thank you for calling 6G" hmmm seams odd that they can't even get the company name right when ringing them. DO NOT GET THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR INTERNET I DO NOT RECOMEND THEM AVOID AT ALL COST
