NEVER STICK TO THEIR OFFERS

I received a notification saying free metal shaker with ALL orders. So I ordered some drinks at a cost of £30.
No surprise to find no shaker. This is twice this has happened to me with optimum nutrition now.
Tried to contact them but just getting a robot reply which is absolutely useless.
My honest opinion is to ignore these offers as twice now they fail to stick to them.
There are by far better suppliers out there that care about customer satisfaction.
My account of over 15 has now been unsubscribed.

Product support lacking

I emailed with an issue where the product was making me nauseous and they simply said I should go to my doctor, and offered me a token 5% discount code. Would have expected better level of support than that.

Extremely Disappointed - Incorrect Product and No Support

I ordered the ISOPURE Dutch Chocolate flavour protein from the official Optimum Nutrition website (Order No: ON-3050155), expecting a high-quality product and reliable service. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Upon receiving the product, I scanned the QR code, only to find that it displayed details for the Vanilla flavour instead of the Dutch Chocolate flavour I had ordered. This immediately raised concerns about the product's authenticity. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, including multiple emails and calls to customer care, I have received no satisfactory response.

Customer care agent Lenie Naik assured me that I would receive an update by a specific time, but this commitment was not honored. After 5 days of waiting and no resolution, I am left frustrated and without the product I paid for.

This experience has shaken my trust in Optimum Nutrition and their customer service. I strongly urge potential buyers to reconsider their purchase and be wary of the lack of support and accountability.

Good stuff, and high in protein

Found this in Home Bargains for £19.99. Holland & Barrett are ripping people off with their £55 price tag. It’s good stuff, tastes nice as well as being low sugar.

Awful customer service!! Don’t order from here!!

Placed a £150 order with optimum nutrition months ago, I hadn’t received my order within two weeks so I contacted them. They said my order was stuck at the warehouse due to Missing delivery information, I was told to go to multiple customer services of which all were Ai and incredibly unhelpful. Eventually I contacted them demanding a refund, it has now been three weeks since they told me I would be refunded and I have not received my £150. In conclusion they expected me to sort out an issue which was not my problem, and an issue on their end. Terrible customer service and no urgency for my refund, avoid ordering from here as much as possible as you can risk losing lots of money!!!

Could this please be replied too by optimum nutrition as I still have not received anything?

Appalling Service and Non-Delivery: Avoid OptimumNutrician at All Costs!

I am utterly disgusted by the abysmal service and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction demonstrated by OptimumNutrician. On March 17, 2024, I placed an order for whey protein, and as of March 25th, I am still without my purchase. Despite making four futile attempts to resolve this issue through their customer service, I’ve been met with nothing but incompetence and indifference.

My interactions with their customer agent,epitomize the sheer incompetence and lack of professionalism plaguing this company. When I demanded to speak with a manager regarding the non-delivery of my item, he callously refused.
His casual assurance that a manager would contact me “in due course” was not only dismissive but insulting. Furthermore, his admission of ignorance regarding the whereabouts of my delivery is inexcusable.

It is beyond comprehension that a company entrusted with fulfilling orders cannot even provide basic information to its customers.

To add insult to injury, when I requested a refund due to the company’s failure to deliver, he shamelessly refused.

This blatant refusal to provide a refund is a clear indication of OptimumNutrician’s disregard for consumer rights and fair business practices.

OptimumNutrician’s gross negligence and complete lack of accountability have left me feeling defrauded and utterly betrayed.

I caution anyone considering a purchase from this company to think twice and explore alternative options.

OptimumNutrician’s disgraceful conduct is a stain on the integrity of online retailers, and they should be held accountable for their fraudulent practices.

I implore others to heed this warning and avoid OptimumNutrician at all costs.

Your hard-earned money deserves to be spent with a company that values its customers and upholds its commitments

Good products with dismissive and censoring customer service

Misleading images with incorrect size/weight information on Amazon. Customer service dismissed it, claimed they don't manage the listing of their product on Amazon (?!), said the name/description was correct, and suggested I pay attention to it next time (!). Otherwise good. Good protein powders with low fat and good taste.

Update (04/17/2024): Optimum Nutrition flagged my review and Trustpilot threatened to take it offline if I didn't provide a non-existent reference number (?!), my full name (!), and my phone number.

Avoid online ordering at all costs

Avoid online ordering at all costs. Ordered £113.96 worth of products. Items never delivered, customer support no help at all. Told they needed to "investigate" with the courier and I have heard nothing back despite chasing. Having to seek a return of funds via my bank. Avoid- based on the reviews here I strongly suspect this is a scam.

Want to share my horrible experience with Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Pre-Workout Advanced Blue Raspberry 420g 🤢 🤮

This is the first and last thing in my life I had swallowed. Whoever approved this flavour for commercial sale should be arrested 🚓

Drinking this makes me and also my friend sick on spot. Yes, I had to ask my friends to taste it in order to be objective.

ON claims they have the best high quality products. Based on this pre workout I would not dare to buy unflavoured products from them ! I wasted more than £30 pounds but in long term I believe I have saved more money because I will not be ON customer.

To be fair I had contacted ON customer service. I have received the following emails from them:

“ Thanks for getting in touch, Very sorry about what has happened.

Unfortunately, as the product has not been purchased directly from our own website we are not able to provide any type of direct assistance.

In this case, the best thing to do is to contact our 3rd Party Complaints team via glanbia.com, who specialise in handling these types of issues:

For said team to investigate the issue they will require the following information:

-Place of purchase
-Date of purchase
-Product name
-Batch number and time stamp (preferably photo of the batch)
-Expiration date
-Summary of complaint
-Photo of the complaint

So our team can investigate as thoroughly as possible, it's important for to be as detailed as you can (where applicable).

We hope this is all clear and if you have further questions or issues, please don't hesitate to get back in touch!"

I will not be contacting glanbia. I believe 3rd party trust pilot is enough to warn everyone which is a moral obligation to protect potential customers.

Ich bin doch schon etwas geschockt von den negativen Bewertungen.
Habe mich selbst als Neukunde angemeldet und mir direkt ein Workoutpaket bestellt, wo ich noch gute Rabatte bekam. Das Paket kam sehr schnell an und es gab sogar Probeartikel dazu, was ich persönlich nicht selbstverständlich finde. Vom ausgesuchten Geschmack fand ich es Top und vom Eiweißshake kommt es drauf an ob man es mit Wasser oder Milch mischt (beides ausprobiert und mit Wasser ist es irgendwie verträglicher finde ich, obwohl es mit Milch das gewisse Etwas ergibt). Vom Preis her, hätte ich jetzt den Rabatt nicht genutzt, ist es zwar etwas teuer, ABER man darf nicht vergessen, dass gerade Produkte, die mit Wasser gemischt werden können, Qualitätsprodukte sind und ich hab schon fast alle Anbieter durch. Es gibt Produkte, die lassen sich mit Wasser nicht mischen und verklumpen, als würde man versuchen Soße/Pudding in kaltem Zustand zu mixen. Wer Ahnung vom Kochen hat, wird mein Vergleich verstehen. An sich also ein super Produkt und bereue den Kauf nicht. Achja und die Wirkung ist auch gegeben.

I also should have checked reviews before ordering but I have always been a big supporter of optimum nutrition so feel incredibly disappointed in the experience so won’t be any longer.

Ordered on the 31st and still haven’t got my order 12 days later. When I reached out Jordan kindly sent me to a link that’s just saying there’s no estimated time for a delivery, and when I asked for a refund he just said to refuse the order once delivered and then wait another 30 days for a refund… even though I have no idea of when this will be. I even asked twice if there’s anything that can be done by the team and I was just referred back to the link with “no estimated delivery time”

Terrible customer service and really disappointing as I have been a longstanding repeat customer and strong advocate of the brand, I for sure won’t be any longer.

ESN - a competitor, has managed to drop me my order in the space of 3 days of going back and fourth with Optimum Nutrition.

Dysfunctional website and incompetent Customer Service

I previously ordered from this site and never had issues but recently I made an order for the Serious Mass supplement. I completed the order via PayPal but got not confirmation via the website, so I tried a second time, still no confirmation. Then I ordered it directly from my debit card which then confirmed. But to my surprise all 3 orders were deducted. The next morning I called the local office in Ireland there was no answer, only an auto prompt talking about a business meeting that was currently in progress. I called the Dutch office which then tranferred me to Germany to tell me the orders were all already dispatched. Then I finally got a response from the Irish office saying they were sorry but did not explain why there was no answer from their phone lines for the whole day. Surely if a meeting is in progress at least 1 person should be taking care of inbound calls? I've asked for my complaint to be escalated but I've had no answer. This company's customer service and website need a real overhaul. What a joke

Didn't get my money back after order got cancelled

I ordered optimum nutrition performance whey 2 pack on 14 November 2023 and the order got cancelled from their side, i don't know why and didn't get my money back, so i tried customer care number many time and each time they just say you will get your refund in 1-2 days but till today i didn't get my refund. Today is 31 December.

2nd edit: sorry, i didn't check the country. Iam from india and ordered whey from optimumnutrition.co.in in india.
Noone from india in optimum nutrition is helping me in any way, so please if you people can help, please help me to get my money back.

No delivery, no care

Ordered Whey protein, it was shipped from NL to UK and it took more time than usual. Got a message it was delivered to a pick up location (Tesco store). When I have got there I was told by staff parcel must have already been returned to depo.
I have contacted ON customer support but they are refusing to refund me by saying parcel was delivered. I have got nothing. And who has “signed” for it at Tesco, where is tracking? They don’t care about customers.

Edit, to the response below: I was abroad due to urgent personal reasons. Next time you should state the fact there is time limit for the declaration. Also how is the time delay relevant? You weren’t even looking into it with delivery company, just weaseling out of responsibility.
It won’t happen again because I won’t order from you again. I am also convincing my gym buddies to move away from you.

UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bought a 5kilo bag of whey protein and it came with a couple of gifts. When FedEx turned up to the door and handed the box over it weighed less than a kilo. I asked the driver why so light? I got ignored. Opened the box indoors to find no protein and only two free gifts. I examined the box to find additional sellotape on the base of the box. Pictures taken and straight away raised a complaint via email. I got a reply back saying they would not issue a refund or a replacement. I have sent a number of emails to customer support at Optimum Nutrition who just never replies back. I have been trying to call the customer service team but the calls are constantly on divert. DO NOT buy from them you will only be robbed for your money. I have now raised a dispute through Barclays. A massive company like this and they just rob their customers. Absolute joke

UPDATE 19/12/23 On the 18th I received an email from Optimum refusing to give any sort
Of refund or even replace the product. I was instructed to inform the local authorities. So, I took matters in my own hands to investigate. I called Fed Ex who clearly told me that nothing has been raised with them and there is no investigations being handled by fed ex. So, all these emails from Optimum have been nothing but lies I was told that the parcel was weighed at so many points of its journey which is incorrect as Fed Ex confirmed to me that it was only weighed at the time it was handed over from Optimum Nutrition. I’ve never known a company like this. Who doesn’t care about there customers. Furthermore. Where is my consumer rights????

Received Bad Product and No One Providing Suppot

Hi, Global ON Support please help with this.
I purchased Optimum Nutrition Essential Amin.O. Energy | Orange | 270 g product on 17/10/2023, which was delivered to me on 2023-10-20 

When I opened the product packaging the silica pouch was broken and it was mixed with the product and also forming lumps, which made it unconsumable, so I reached out to Glanbia/ON Support with All the details and shared all the information including pictures that clearly show the silica gel mixed with the product forming lump.

Since then I have called customer care more than 100 times(Shubham, Kavita, Wonchi) but they are not helping and now they don't receive my calls, or just receive my call and then either drop the call or keep me on hold, I have been waiting for a resolution for more than 1.5 months and all I hear is team is looking into it, My queries are not being heard or sorted. 
Moreover, the ON support, Glanbia team asked me to break the silica gel that is present and consume it, this is the nature of the resolution that is being provided to the customer who paid money

I have shared all the details and pictures and have asked several times to provide me with either a replacement or a refund but I am not getting any sort of response from the support.

My order ID is on-2490189 purchased from the India ON Website

Customer support is pathetic from Optimum nutrition in India, Please never buy products from ON unless you are ready for mental torture investing your hard-earned money.

Note: The product delivered to me is 20 Months old and was just about to expire. Purchased in Sep and got product whose manufacturing is in 01-2022 and about to expire in 3 Months.

Update 1::: received from Glanbia India(this is how they reply and treat customers after sending bad products)::::

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We investigated the issue and found out that the product was delivered to you intact and without any damage. Also, Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy product is imported from USA, which comes with a vacuum barrier. A vacuum barrier is a cardboard round disk that is not glued to the bottle neck, and it sometimes gets stuck under the cap. It is not there for sanitation or authenticity; its only purpose is to hold the product in place during transportation. Packaging techniques may vary but rest assured that your product is authentic as long as it passes the authenticity check. Hence this vacuum barrier sometimes gets displaced and hence some of the product gets leaked out but be rest assured that the product is genuine and safe for consumption.

Worse customer service ever

Not sure if this website is a scam or not but for sure it is the worse customer service ever.
I bought 4KG of protein isolate and the tracking number does not exist. Also when I contact the customer service email they do not reply.
