Order Not Fulfilled – Poor Customer Service
I placed an order with Optimum Nutrition on 29th November (Order #ONIE82104717), and it still hasn’t been fulfilled. I contacted the support team in early December to address the issue, but there’s been no resolution since then. The lack of communication and action has been extremely disappointing.
As a result, my December training has been seriously impacted, which is unacceptable given the reputation of this brand. I expected much better service and reliability. Very dissatisfied and wouldn’t recommend until they improve their order fulfillment and customer support.

Absolutely shocking experience from this company that I have used many times in the past.
My order was not delivered to me but a doorstep I emailed the company and it has taken 5 days to respond to that email. I phoned and spoke to a male who by the way needs sacking instantly from the company I’ve never spoke to such a rude arrogant individual in all my life that has zero customer service skills. Listen to your recorded phone calls to hear him it’s outrageous that you would employ someone like this as the forefront of your customer services you should be ashamed of yourselves. He told me after his rudeness that he would send me a document to sign by the end of the day that didn’t happen and I had to prize it out of him to even tell me it would be by the end of the day he also hang the phone up without even saying goodbye. Then I called again today and again he was extremely rude on the phone to me I asked for a manager there is not one available but then went on to say I will see if one is available put me on hold for 10 minutes then hang the phone up on me no joke this individual needs some serious training. I run a company and I will definitely be spreading the word about how bad of a company you are and my business will definitely be going elsewhere

I sent a request to check the authenticity of the purchased product - I provided all the necessary information, as well as photos. A few days later they responded and asked to provide information and photos... What the hell?! I already sent everything, did they even read my request?! I wrote all the information again and attached all the photos again. A few days later I wrote to them and asked if there was any information on my request. I was told that they were looking into the issue. A few days later I wrote to them and asked if there was any information on my request. Then my request was forwarded to some third-party support in India!!!! Some "Glanbia India"?!! What the hell is this?! My product was not from India, but for the European market, and I bought it not in India, but in Europe, which I have repeatedly written about. In addition, this "Glanbia India" support again asked me to send all the data and photos.... I AM JUST IN SHOCK!!! It feels like no one read my request or looked at the photos, but simply forwarded my messages to whoever they wanted. I have already sent a request for confirmation of authenticity of another ON product, then I got a response in 1 day, and now I have not received a response for a week. What is going on there?!!!

Je déconseille ! Promotion mensongère, livraison catastrophique, et un parcours du combattant pour faire un retour.
Nous marchons sur la tête. Ils livrent exclusivement avec COLIS PRIVÉ, donc colis perdu systématiquement, ou retard plus que pénalisant.
Je commande l'isolate chez un marchand, je la reçois le lendemain avant 13 h. Je commande chez Optimum Nutrition pour un prix plus élevé le 25 novembre, et le temps que le livreur de chez Colis Privé se réveille, boive son café, fume sa clope ou autre, je le reçois le 3 décembre ! Il y a un vrai problème.
Le prix est plus intéressant chez les revendeurs qu'Optimum, alors que c'est le fabricant, mdr.
Pour le Black Friday, ils ont augmenté la whey isolate à 49,99 €, alors qu'en temps normal, elle est à 48,99 €. Bravo la promo mensongère ! J'ai de quoi le prouver avec les factures d'achats. C'est lamentable.
Je vais aussi changer de marque de référence ( optimum depuis 20 ans), car avec de telles pratiques, j'ai un doute sur la vraie composition du produit.

1-Je n'ai bénéficier d'aucune promotion. J'ai payé la whey isolate 1 € plus cher qu'en temps normal. Peut-être que vous parlez du cadeau.... Il m'est inutile . J'avais pas le choix que de le prendre...
Vous ne m'avez pas expliqué les conditions qui stipulent que le prix a été gonflé pour la remise du Black friday.
2-Vous ne m'avez pas proposé de renvoyer la commande, c'est moi qui ai insisté, pour avoir une étiquette de retour où il y a du DHL et du colissimo. Bonjour les problèmes pour un colis que vous ne recevrez jamais et à envoyer en Allemagne. Donc si j'ai décidé de le garder c'était pour ne pas perdre 100 € en essayant de récupérer 2 €.
3-si j'ai le temps de renvoyer des colis, j'ai le temps aussi d'aller l'acheter un moins d'un kilomètre de chez moi au même prix, on a pas que ça à faire.
Je n'ai jamais fait de retour de ma vie pour un produit alimentaire ou qui relève de la nutrition....

Poor customer service
I decided to try Serious Mass to help with my muscle and weight gain goals, but unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. Despite following the recommended usage, I didn’t notice any significant improvements in my muscle mass or overall weight. Additionally, the taste was not very pleasant, and it often left me feeling bloated. It’s also quite pricey for the results it delivers. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this product to others looking for effective weight gain supplements.
Additionally, I had a disappointing experience with customer support from FedEx. I missed multiple deliveries and despite reaching out to their support, the issue persisted. It is quite frustrating when errors happen repeatedly even after assurances were given. This kind of customer service is not what I expected.
I’ve lost my money
I ordered from this website and I’m missing 2 items. I just got in touch with customer service which takes ages in responding and they just said that unfortunately they can’t refund because everything is correct. Now, I’m missing the items and the money, don’t buy here

Best tasting whey
I don't know what's wrong with some people out there with negative reviews of ON but this is the best tasting protein ever. It mixes so well with anything -I'd recommend milk only- and you can feel the pump and great feeling in just 20 minutes if taken by empty stomach. Double rich chocolate is my favorite.
Damaged Product - Unreliable and Unreachable Customer Support Team
I have been a user of ON for more than a decade. Recently, my authorised dealer didn’t have my usual flavour because of which I thought of placing an order with ON directly. They showed similar pricing and I went ahead and placed my order with them. Few days later I received my order.
I ordered ON’ Whey Protein powder 4.53 Kgs. To my surprise, the bag was taped with Fedex tapes. I didn’t understand why they did so till I pulled out the product to see the protein powder leaking through the tapes. I was devastated as how the manufacturer themselves can dispatch damaged and pilfered products to their customers especially something that has to be consumed!
Since I had received the shipment on Friday, I called them around 4pm and their customer service wasn’t reachable although their website mentions they’re available till 5pm. After repeated attempts, I logged my concern and complaint on their website which said a ticket had been created but no number or reference was provided, neither did I get an email confirmation regarding the same.
Unsatisfied, I got their email address which is nowhere to be found in their contact us page. I sent them an email with photos. Luckily, I got an automated response and email with a reference. It is understood that if they don’t answer phones after 4pm, they won’t respond during weekends. Yesterday, being Monday I expected an email response from them, which I never received. I called them at 2pm yesterday and their team was unreachable.
Luckily, I was able to get hold of a CSA today at 09:55 am. As per him, I shouldn’t be logging complaints on their site (although that is what the website wants you to do), and sending them an email is the correct method (they don’t have their email address in the contact us page - only phone number and form to be filled is available). He didn’t have an answer why they were not reachable on Friday and Monday. He blamed Fedex for damaging the shipment as they are the one’s packing these products. The blasphemy this man said was outrageous. Having worked in the logistics and operations industry for more than a decade, I can personally guarantee that no courier company will pack your products. You have to pack your order in the boxes they give you, print out the AWB issued and handover to their delivery driver. As of now it is under investigation and God knows when will they complete their investigation on the mystery of the damaged order and reply back to me.
Please don’t buy from them directly, they’re can’t even take the onus of their own mistakes.

I received everything I ordered from the manufacturer's official website, saving a little bit compared to buying elsewhere. Very fast shipping to Italy and well taken care of. I can't wait to try the products!

I reached out again via email and did get a response a few days later stating the parcel was dispatched but lost by their couriers. They have offered a refund. It hasn't arrived yet but im hopeful it will come soon. Review amended up from 1 star to 2 star.
Do not buy from this company. They took over £100 of my money and I have not received my order almost a month later! I got a dispatch notice with tracking info on 06/09/2024 its now 24/09/2024 and I've received nothing at all. I tried to call customer services on 4 occasions and could never get through always on hold one time was 1st in the queue for 45mins never connected. I eventually got through on 20/09/2024 to be told "yes somethings gone wrong here and we will now investigate. You will be emailed the outcome" 6 days have passed and still nothing!!!!!
Disgusting. I feel I've been robbed. Should of been refunded immediately or my order dispatched again on a next day service.
I'm slowly realising I'm not going to get my money back or my order from this company so my only choice is to bad mouth them to all my gym friends family colleagues and anyone who will listen.

Don't Understand the negative reviews, here is some clarity!
I placed my order on Monday morning consisting of the great offer of 3 tubs of 2kg+ protein and the platinum pre workout blue raspberry.
To clear up one thing, the idiot who left a bad review because of the free shaker, you add this at checkout when you pick your free gift. You wasnt promised anything, if you didnt add it to your cart then why would it be there ?
The FREE Delivery was great, i am in the UK and this shipped from the netherlands. Ordered Monday morning and thursday morning i had the product.
All the flavours taste great, The chocolate peanut butter is really pronouced. The Banana cream is a little sickly but still great and the French Vanilla i will be trying today.
The Blue Raspberry Platinum Pre workout is pretty nice, its more sour than others and you should drink this with ice. I left it for 3 hours on a hike planning to drink it halfway like to do with others and the taste was very strange, almost like sour BBQ tasting, but fresh it is wonderful.
All in, Thankyou Optimum Nutrition, and Customers, alot of the negative reviews are ridiculos and have no ground to them.

This is a quality company with top products. In fact some of the best in the world. The delivery system they use in most countries is really bad. I had a parcel arrive with a hole in it, so the powder was floating around in the paperbox. They did send me a new one quickly and my overall experience is good.

Hab mich den Kundenservice kontaktiert und habe den vollen Preis zurückbekommen und durfte es trotzdem behalten.
Deshalb 4 Sterne.
Ich nehme Protein, Kreatin, Omega3 + Gute Ernährung und mindestens 3-5 die Woche trainieren. Trainiere seit ca. 8 Monaten und die Ergebnisse lassen sich zeigen.
Poor Delivery Service
Been using Optimum Nutrition's products for a little while now, but been buying them in my local shops. Seen they had a promotion on so I placed my first order directly with them. Unfortunately it will be my last.
The delivery was just shockingly bad.
When placing the order I opted to have my parcel sent to an EvRi drop box as I work nights and that way doesn't inconvenient anyone.
Now you would THINK that it being an option to get delivered to an EvRi drop box that EvRi would be the one doing the delivering. Nope.
First of all I'm getting a tracking link sent by Optimum Nutrition for FedEx. Then I'm getting text messages from Royal Mail. I wasn't sure if it was scam notifications or not.
Anyway, to cut a long story short, Royal Mail finally delivered my parcel to my home address, not the EvRi drop box I opted for, thus waking me up after a nightshift.
Complete waste of time. Why offer the option if you are just going to completely disregard it!?
