Consistent quality
Ive tried 2 products. The gold standard chocolate whey is delicious,better than most milkshakes .I also recently tried platinum pre workout.It has a smooth increase in alertness from the caffeine but the other ingredients really give you focus.I took a clean and press from 56kg to 60kg in a matter of days.

Amazing quality!
I have been supplementing my Protien intake for years now since getting my health on track. I drink 1-3 shakes a day depending on if iv hit my macros and how hard iv trained. Over the years iv explored various different Whey based protein powders, and tried many flavours for verity! I came across Optimum Nutrition in my local Hollabd and Barret and was impressed with the nutritional content & quality ingredients list. So though I find it o e of the more expensive brands, unfortunately. I thought I'd invest and give it a try. Wasnt disappointed! It mixes so well, more or less dissolves as soon as it hits the water. No nasty lumps, clumps or gritty 'bits' floating on the top. I was also impressed that it wasnt overly coloured as I find thus so off putting. Noting worse then trying to drink something that's bright pink or fluorescent yellow! No nessascery if the taste and texture is right. Smelt great when mixing and most importantl ....taste is amazing!!!!! In fact iv not looked back and now I'll always have a few tubs on the go. Diwndise is, firstly the price, even on sake it's not much of a saving. Also it's very hard to find certain flavours, fir example Banana and French vanilla (as opposed to vanilla ice cream) in smaller serve tubs or pouches.
And last point is they dont seam to sell single serve sample sachets which I think every brand should offer as standard. As its always a risk and sometimes stops the customer buying a different flavour as if your not keen ( happen to me a few times with other brands) your stuck with a powder you cant use and out of pocket! Nice to have yhr option to 'try before you buy' for a few pounds. I'm sure I'd have tried a few more flavours by now and even ventured into the vegan based powders they have. But hesitant to risk it at that cost!
So please if you are so kind to read this, think about launching some sample sachets, and offering all flavours in the smaller size tubs and pouches! I'd love to try more from you. As I ooend this message with, I get a large measure of my daily protien intake through shakes. So its nice to keep verity in there!
If youd like to send je and samples I'd be more then happy to give them a try and feedback what I think!
I know the garentee us that theyll all mix well and taste great, and hit the nutrition content .....but flavour profiles are personal preferences. So you dont know until you try!

Ça fait plusieurs années que je prends la whey optimum gold standart vanilla ice cream chez decathlon sauf que la le lot que jai reçu je trouve la texture de la poudre pas comme d'habitude jai des gros ballonnements et des nausées depuis l'ouverture de ce nouveau je suis degouté à 80euros le pot je sais pas ce quils on mis dedans mais cest pas comme d'habitude elle est indigeste

ROTTON BAD SHAKES
Bought their protein shakes from local store and complained to them as the shake wasn't a shake even tho it was in date, The shake was set and wouldn't come out of bottle.
i even sent a video of the item and tried to shake it out.
i opened a ticket and was fobbed off that since not bought from there online shop they would not help even tho they make the item.
TOTAL DISGRACE COULDN'T CARE A BIT.

1) The product itself is super nice, and the whole nutritional value is great, even the price is nice, fits the quality, no complains about this fr.
2) The taste of a peanut butter chocolate gainer is just terrible, and I didn;t think it would be this bad when I bought it, so minus 1 star for this one. :(

Unreliable website and customer service. Actually the whole company seems to have a serious lack of professionalism nowadays (have been purchasing ON products for more than 10 years). For example, instead of addressing the serious problem of non-authentic products that have flooded the market and contain potentially hazardous substances, the keep changing the packaging between years and countries making impossible to have reliable ways to check if a product is actually authentic! They even removed the special watermarked seal on the packaging, due to "environmental issues" (but kept their humongous plastic containers!). At this point, this company has unfortunatelly lost any trustworthiness...

Will never use this company again
I was using ON for the first time and ordered 2 large tubs of protein. The order never arrived and despite being in contact with their customer services repeatedly, was constantly fobbed off, and in the end, completely ignored. That was 2 months ago. I had to file a dispute via PayPal to get a refund.
I will NEVER touch this company ever again. Absolutely appalled by their handling of the issue and lack of response.

Woher kommen die nagativen Bewertungen ?
Ich muss auch sagen dass die negativen Bewertungen absolut überzogen sind.
Ich nehme Supplements seit Jahren täglich zu mir und treibe regelmäßig Kraftsport.
Ich habe so ziemlich jeden Hersteller getestet (inkl. US Markt etc...) und muss sagen dass ich den Preis, die Qualität, die Lieferzeit und den Geschmack zu 100% mit 5 Sternen bewerten würde. Da gibt`s gar nichts zu kritisieren. Pulver klumpt nicht, Shot`s schmecken super, die Geschmacksrichtungen vielfältig und immer gut.
Meine Bestellungen kamen immer sehr gut verpackt und innerhalb von 4 Werktagen bei mir an. Noch nie ein beschädigtes Gebinde oder eine falsch kommisionierte Sendung erhalten.
Wirklich immer TOP gewesen.
Ich bin jetzt seit 3 Jahren Kunde und werde nicht mehr wechseln, sollte die Qualität und die Preise (viele Rabatt Aktionen) so bleiben.
War vorher lange bei ESN aber die haben die Preise in einem kurzem Zeitraum ja fast verdoppelt! So verliert man Kunden.
Lediglich das Creatin und L-Glutamine von Optimum Nutrition könnte günstiger sein, da ist QLF z.B. wesentlich günstiger und auch einen Tacken besser.
Trotzdem 5 Sterne verdient *****

Never trust regarding refund and returns,i ordered 2 items,from which one item i decided to return straight away soon as i recieved the parcel.
They asked me for the batch number pictures and more of it and product code etc.

Order Not Fulfilled – Poor Customer Service
I placed an order with Optimum Nutrition on 29th November (Order #ONIE82104717), and it still hasn’t been fulfilled. I contacted the support team in early December to address the issue, but there’s been no resolution since then. The lack of communication and action has been extremely disappointing.
As a result, my December training has been seriously impacted, which is unacceptable given the reputation of this brand. I expected much better service and reliability. Very dissatisfied and wouldn’t recommend until they improve their order fulfillment and customer support.

Absolutely shocking experience from this company that I have used many times in the past.
My order was not delivered to me but a doorstep I emailed the company and it has taken 5 days to respond to that email. I phoned and spoke to a male who by the way needs sacking instantly from the company I’ve never spoke to such a rude arrogant individual in all my life that has zero customer service skills. Listen to your recorded phone calls to hear him it’s outrageous that you would employ someone like this as the forefront of your customer services you should be ashamed of yourselves. He told me after his rudeness that he would send me a document to sign by the end of the day that didn’t happen and I had to prize it out of him to even tell me it would be by the end of the day he also hang the phone up without even saying goodbye. Then I called again today and again he was extremely rude on the phone to me I asked for a manager there is not one available but then went on to say I will see if one is available put me on hold for 10 minutes then hang the phone up on me no joke this individual needs some serious training. I run a company and I will definitely be spreading the word about how bad of a company you are and my business will definitely be going elsewhere

I sent a request to check the authenticity of the purchased product - I provided all the necessary information, as well as photos. A few days later they responded and asked to provide information and photos... What the hell?! I already sent everything, did they even read my request?! I wrote all the information again and attached all the photos again. A few days later I wrote to them and asked if there was any information on my request. I was told that they were looking into the issue. A few days later I wrote to them and asked if there was any information on my request. Then my request was forwarded to some third-party support in India!!!! Some "Glanbia India"?!! What the hell is this?! My product was not from India, but for the European market, and I bought it not in India, but in Europe, which I have repeatedly written about. In addition, this "Glanbia India" support again asked me to send all the data and photos.... I AM JUST IN SHOCK!!! It feels like no one read my request or looked at the photos, but simply forwarded my messages to whoever they wanted. I have already sent a request for confirmation of authenticity of another ON product, then I got a response in 1 day, and now I have not received a response for a week. What is going on there?!!!

Je déconseille ! Promotion mensongère, livraison catastrophique, et un parcours du combattant pour faire un retour.
Nous marchons sur la tête. Ils livrent exclusivement avec COLIS PRIVÉ, donc colis perdu systématiquement, ou retard plus que pénalisant.
Je commande l'isolate chez un marchand, je la reçois le lendemain avant 13 h. Je commande chez Optimum Nutrition pour un prix plus élevé le 25 novembre, et le temps que le livreur de chez Colis Privé se réveille, boive son café, fume sa clope ou autre, je le reçois le 3 décembre ! Il y a un vrai problème.
Le prix est plus intéressant chez les revendeurs qu'Optimum, alors que c'est le fabricant, mdr.
Pour le Black Friday, ils ont augmenté la whey isolate à 49,99 €, alors qu'en temps normal, elle est à 48,99 €. Bravo la promo mensongère ! J'ai de quoi le prouver avec les factures d'achats. C'est lamentable.
Je vais aussi changer de marque de référence ( optimum depuis 20 ans), car avec de telles pratiques, j'ai un doute sur la vraie composition du produit.

1-Je n'ai bénéficier d'aucune promotion. J'ai payé la whey isolate 1 € plus cher qu'en temps normal. Peut-être que vous parlez du cadeau.... Il m'est inutile . J'avais pas le choix que de le prendre...
Vous ne m'avez pas expliqué les conditions qui stipulent que le prix a été gonflé pour la remise du Black friday.
2-Vous ne m'avez pas proposé de renvoyer la commande, c'est moi qui ai insisté, pour avoir une étiquette de retour où il y a du DHL et du colissimo. Bonjour les problèmes pour un colis que vous ne recevrez jamais et à envoyer en Allemagne. Donc si j'ai décidé de le garder c'était pour ne pas perdre 100 € en essayant de récupérer 2 €.
3-si j'ai le temps de renvoyer des colis, j'ai le temps aussi d'aller l'acheter un moins d'un kilomètre de chez moi au même prix, on a pas que ça à faire.
Je n'ai jamais fait de retour de ma vie pour un produit alimentaire ou qui relève de la nutrition....

Poor customer service
I decided to try Serious Mass to help with my muscle and weight gain goals, but unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. Despite following the recommended usage, I didn’t notice any significant improvements in my muscle mass or overall weight. Additionally, the taste was not very pleasant, and it often left me feeling bloated. It’s also quite pricey for the results it delivers. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this product to others looking for effective weight gain supplements.
Additionally, I had a disappointing experience with customer support from FedEx. I missed multiple deliveries and despite reaching out to their support, the issue persisted. It is quite frustrating when errors happen repeatedly even after assurances were given. This kind of customer service is not what I expected.
I’ve lost my money
I ordered from this website and I’m missing 2 items. I just got in touch with customer service which takes ages in responding and they just said that unfortunately they can’t refund because everything is correct. Now, I’m missing the items and the money, don’t buy here
