Their surveys cover diverse and interesting topics, and they even offer a small bonus if a survey isn't a good fit. However, recently, I've encountered some technical hiccups. There have been login issues (often requiring multiple attempts), and surveys sometimes fail to load. It's frustrating to invest time in pre-screening questions only to encounter an error when starting the actual survey. While this problem isn't frequent, it can be quite frustrating when it occurs. If they can fix the technical issues, I would have given them a full 5-star rating.
