Carl arrived this morning to my home to inspect some mould that was in my utility room from start to finish Carl was professional and very respectable,he listened to my concerns and didn’t let anything go over turned he wrote his own notes and then contacted a surveyor to visit my property on Friday,Carl didn’t leave my property until he knew the job will go ahead further once he had left as previously with Onward’s we have had many fails of repairs not being done and left,well not Carl he was right on the job to be honest if more people was like Carl then maybe our home would of been fixed and repaired along time ago if anyone takes anything from this review today be more like Carl kind,productive and on the job.

Finally managed to get leak fixed
Finally managed to get leak fixed, thanks to Tyba. Polite and helpful, shame about the rest. You don’t seem to care at all. Lying will get you nowhere. All I can say is avoid Onward Homes at all costs. Unless it’s urgent they don’t seem to do anything to their properties unless it’s an emergency.

Darren was here to fix our shower that had been leaking for a few months.
He turned up bang on 8am and was here until 6.30pm. He was friendly and professional and done an excellent job.

Nightmare company
I have been asking for a move for 7 years. They finally tell me they have one. They said it would be ready in 2 weeks time. It has now been 7 months. I have tried to put complaints in they are not interested. I suffer from anxiety and depression and have sciatica and arthuritis and been living out of boxes where i have packed all my stuff up waiting to move 😡😡😭😭

The customer service team is great rest of the system is poor
The customer service team is great and seem to want to help in any way they can but when it come to Onward and Onward contractors actually doing anything like repairs or adaptaions you are lucky if someone comes out on the appointment time and day never mind actually doing anything.

I cannot thank Onward Homes enough
I cannot thank Onward Homes enough for all the support, kindness and understanding they have shown me during one of the hardest times in my life.
After my serious accident, my life completely changed and I had to adapt to disability while also facing homelessness. The support I received from Onward Homes made an enormous difference to me and my family during such a difficult and emotional period.
A special thank you goes to Nicola, who helped arrange everything from the viewing to the move itself. She was patient, compassionate, understanding and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. She always made me feel listened to and supported, even during moments when everything felt overwhelming.
The home I have been given is amazing and truly suitable for my needs, allowing me to live more safely and independently after my injuries. Having this stability and security means more to me than words can explain.
I will always be incredibly grateful to Onward Homes for helping me rebuild my life and giving me hope for the future. Thank you for treating me with dignity, kindness and compassion when I needed it the most.

Can't get jobs done
I live in one of the houses and nothing is ever easy, had an issue with most of the house get booked in and they have been cancelled without me knowing, they send the wrong engineer or they replace the parts that have already been replaced 5 other times before, now I have to wait 3 wks for another appointment that should have happened mths before. Plus they tell you what you want to hear so you don't keep them on the phone, eg when this appointment was booked they told me they will be able to complete the work so it's done once and for all but yet have to wait 3 more weeks. The engineer that attended was nice and friendly the lad I spoke to on the phone was nice but that doesn't make you feel confident when you have been lied too repeatedly.
