website told me part was suitable for my car so I ordered… got no confirmation rang them about 4 days later asking for a update I expected to have received the order by now.. but they told me part doesn’t fit my car and wanted about £300 extra so I cancelled… chased them multiple times for a refund wasn’t happening had to get a refund through my bank which took weeks!

WILL NEVER BEEN USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!
My dad placed an order for a part (15th July 2026) he received a phone call saying “that the part ordered wouldn’t fit his vehicle” and that he would have to pay an extra £300 for the right part, this includes £312 for the part he ordered.
My dad didn’t want the part and cancelled the order.
He never received an email of confirmation for the order or the part in question.
Ever since this we have been chasing for the refund 3 phone calls up to now.
I asked to be put through to a complains teams and was told they don’t have one.
They gave me a website to email them but that would just the customer services team.
AVOID this company especially when it comes to getting your money back.

The item i ordered was despatched in a timely manner,and received two working days later. Unfortunately it was delivered to the billing address, not the delivery address, which was 150 miles away. This cost me financially,and time wise.
However the part was good and exactly what I ordered.
I am now getting repeat reminders to order parts that I do not require.

Poor warranty process and support
Had to purchase replacement exhaust back box as previous item failed under warranty. Warranty process is far too long (currently 4 weeks and waiting with no resolution) with vehicle unusable during this time due to exhaust failure. E-mails go unanswered and need to call through every time I need to try to get an update.
Staff are friendly and helpful and cannot fault fast delivery. Would have been 5 stars if warranty process was not so slow.
